Maintenance in the restaurant.
I liked the location of the hotel which is near to a vear nice dinning places in altahlia street.
The hotel is old , and a renovation would make it bitter.
rooms were comfort, the staff showed flexibility when I wanted to extend one day & they were able to accomodate my request. Many thanks for that.
more than once I had to go down to the reception since the card could not open the room and they have to re-program it.
the service was excellent, the room is quiet big enough and the bed is really comfortable.
location is good
i booked non smoking room but they gave me a regular one. i had to wait for more than 15min. to have my luggage picked up from my car as no one was there . no shampoo in the WC!
we waited for half an hour to do chech in and even on cup of water was not offered to us while we are waiting. we request non-smoking room but our room had a very bad smoking smell. room was full of dust. this hotel doesnt deserve more than 3 stars.
