The staff at the hotel is so hostile. I felt like I was in east Jerusalem and all the Arab staff has hatred in thee eyes . Even if you say hi they won't look up from their phones. it came to a point that when I was in the lobby I would try to not make eye contact with them. Beware staying in this hotel could ruin your trip.
outside looks so nice and the lobby looks ok also location was about 15 minutes near to the old city.Breakfast was meat free but over all was ok.
No hair dryer in the bathroom,shampoo,soap,conditioner cheap cheap brand,the room was doble twin bed,why I need it doble bed when I am married,also the next room the sofa bed was ugly,over the sofa was a small matress,safe box baterries does not work,so my husband went to rception for new one,and the key card have a problem,again and again my husband have to go to reception to get resolve this problem.AC did not works well,blankes was changed once in ten days.
The reception staff were very helpful.
Towels were not replaced automatically. The air conditioning in the room turned off automatically after a period of time. The car park was small and difficult to manoeuvre in.

The air condition is on timer and at the middle of the night it goes off.every night with sweat all over me i had to get up and turn on the AC.
Very bad customer service dont help at all its not worth even if your offered a free night. In short stay away from that hotel
