The staff at the hotel is so hostile. I felt like I was in east Jerusalem and all the Arab staff has hatred in thee eyes . Even if you say hi they won't look up from their phones. it came to a point that when I was in the lobby I would try to not make eye contact with them. Beware staying in this hotel could ruin your trip.
outside looks so nice and the lobby looks ok also location was about 15 minutes near to the old city.Breakfast was meat free but over all was ok.

A clean, well-kept hotel which is perfect for a couple on a budget. It is located so that all of Israel is accessible
I thought that the dinners were overpriced
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome and looked after.
The hotel needs a massive refurbishment. The rooms are comfortable but public areas are shabby. Its not cheap either!
when i left!
Location - it was near all the amenities a tourist would need - the staff though overworked seemed to be helpful as much as possible.
Breakfast was of poor quality in comparison, some items were not fresh
The reception staff were very helpful.
Towels were not replaced automatically. The air conditioning in the room turned off automatically after a period of time. The car park was small and difficult to manoeuvre in.
