Shabbos elevator didn't work. No conditioner in bat
Hotel has perfect location, staff was very nice . It caters to the orthodox Jewish by having a Shabbat elevator etc. breakfast was amazing
There was no soap in the bathroom, which every hotel should have. The facilities were minimal but worked for us. The TV did not really work for us.
close to the bus station, easy access to shopping areas
noisy at night, due to closeness to hospital, and tour guests
Very noisy location, even with closed windows. A really old fashioned hotel, which did not have any refurbishment for years
Nice lobby. Near stores, restaurants, central bus station and future light rail. Dan, at the reception desk was outstandingly good at responding to our requests in a very friendly and patient manner. Also the security staff was friendly and efficient in helping us store our luggage.
Though most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, some were not and seemed impatient and distracted. For instance when I requested change with some 20's of 200 shekel bill (for tips), one desk clerk (not Dan) refused to give me anything less than 50 shekel bills. The juice at the breakfast juice bar was frequently so diluted that it tasted like water.
bathroom was modern and spotless, as you would expect ! I had to change my booking on arrival, and the reception were very helpful (even though I only arrived at 11:30 pm
The furniture in the bedroom seemed to be stuck in the 1950's. My room overlooked the rear of the bus station, and there was a foul smell of dlesel
Very clean, comfortable, great location for public transportation, very friendly front desk staff, more than adequate breakfast buffet.
It was close to the Central bus station and it's shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
A shame that the Internet site available was not at a reasonable rate - very expensive. We went to the Bus Station to use theirs and it was not always convenient. Our first night there, was very noisy due to the doors banging shut by people coming in or going out late. Other than that, we would come again and our 2nd night was peaceful.
Nice room, lovely breakfasts. Very helpful and polite staff.
It did not have any facilities for relaxing, such as pool, gardens, etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely.
The independence of just coming and going and as it is so big no one looked twice if you came in and out ten times a day.
Rooms are small and I had to ask for fresh towels each day
Proximity to the central bus station
