No towels first night, No ice! Machine broken, limited ice at front desk. Breakfast set up is poor. 4 kinds of white bread, toaster on other side of room from bread, Sausage patties, but no eggs, or biscuits/gravy. Only diet/light yogurt.Musty smell
Clean, good temperature, helpful staff.
Trouble with the reservation.
the view out of my window. it was a roof . very poor continental breakfast, not much seating in that area.
the staff was great and the location was good. shopping was good with the mall across the way. free wifi and breakfast
Terribly filthy. Price should give me a refund as this hotel should not have any star rsting. No elevator!!! So you have to drag you bags upstIrs. No ice in ice machine. Had to put towels on floor so my feet didn't get filthy.
Close to outlet mall
Heard a lot of banging of doors through night not very well lit outside
WiFi wasn't working.Ice Machine wasn't working.Room smelled like smoke.Front Desk worker wasn't there when i checked in - waiting for 10 minutes for anyone to show up.
Price and location.
Very outdated, Shabby furniture, drapes, etc. When I turned the water on in the tub, all this black gunk came out. Very gross. Ran clear after about 10 seconds. Room 222.
location to shopping and main roads.
Pillows, security of hallway, breAkfast was poor, no elevator to second floor, room was clean enough but hallways, stairways and other others were dirty and outdated. The ice machine was not working well and was only on the first floor.
Staff was excellent. Easy to find. Bed was comfy.
Pillows were too fluffy but very clean. Fruit was gone early.
Easy accessClean room
Didn't get my wake up call. Older hotel.
Proximity to outlet mall.
Manager was very unfriendly and abrupt in his directives. I got the impression that the other staff wasn't too pleased in how he treated guests. Other staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure if we will stay there again.
They charged $20 extra per night to get two beds even though the hotel was almost empty. There was an overpowering smell of dryer sheets in the entire hotel. I probably would pay more to stay elsewhere.
I liked that it was right off the interstate.
Breakfast starts at 6 and ends at 9. Doors lock at 11 pm. You have to call to be let in after that
It smelled like smoke, no elevator, very outdated
No lock on entry way door. Lock to room door was lose. Tub had hair in it. There was dirty ear plugs on sink counter. Deskman was rude. Coffee was cold. We just sat down to start to eat and he came and put all of the food away.
The location to where I was visiting
There was a large BUG in the bathroom the carpet was stained and the TV did not work not to mention the staff did not care
convenience - near Johnson Creek Outlet Mall
It needs updating. The drapes were full of dust - carpet was dirty. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good but no one cleaned up the garbage so people were stacking dirty paper plates, etc. on the counter. Pool area was dark.
Convenience to major interstate.
Lack of maintenance.
the price was just right good breakfast and location was great
staff seemed a little unpleasant.
It smelled horribly of smoke, I asked the worker if we could hange to a non smoking room, she rudely replied this a a non smoking hotel! The next morning at the continental breakfast, the worker was wearing no shoes and filling up food!
Rooms did not smell clean. (Combination of smoke and food) Security doors broken and duct taped. Stairwell carpet stained. Large human hairs in bathtub. Cooling unit did not cool the room.
Location was great. Close to family restaurants.
In room Air conditioner was very noisy. Waffle machine at breakfast wasn't working very well...waffles stuck to machine when done. The male receptionist appeared to be more interested in surfing the internet than taking care of the clients.
Booked the room 18 hours before to have a nice night out with the wife. Next morning, one of my kids decided to get sick with Strep Throat. Priceline and Days In Johnson Creek both refused to be in any way flexible in this reservation.
Mike, the assistant manager, was arrogant, uncaring, inflexible, and rude, when given the facts that we could not make our reservation and would like to reschedule.
Temperature of the room was difficult to regulate. Had to keep getting up to adjust it. Hot tub appeared to not be clean, so we didn't use it. Accidently left a charging cord in the room and when we called back to retrieve it, they said they didn't have it.
The box springs on the beds were dirty and stained. The bathtub was very dirty and stained. The shower curtain was dirty and full of mold.
Conveniently located to the outlet mall. Pool was warm with a nice hot tub
location--easy to get on & off highway
The room had black marks on the wall; it appeared to be missing table & chairs--empty corner. Old recliner in room and sink was very scratched & stained. Shower was very noisy. Iron didn't work. This room had the appearance that it was being lived in...
the room was extremely dirty the worst place I'VE EVER STAYED IN
Location. Friendly staff.
Two of the rooms we first tried had smoky smell. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Great staff and location. Very nice pool.
They put us into a handicapped room. Hated that. NO tub.
Old carpet and poor mattress
I am not familiar with this area and the front desk clerk was very helpful in giving directions and letting me know about the local dining options.
Very nice and clean establishment. The Inn was very close to many shopping areas as well as our initial destination in Watertown. My husband and I both really liked the recliner which was in our room as it was extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also nice and clean. If you stay here, we highly recommend eating at the Watertown Family restaurant which is north on Rt. 26. Great food and great service!
Very nice hotel; only complaint I have was a too firm bed leading to a poor night's sleep. Staff were freindly and accomodating. Our dog traveled with us and I was happy to see a designated area for his daily walks and exercise as well as convenient disposal for pet waste. Recommendation would be for adding an area for alerting hotel staff online that a pet will accompany the traveler as this would make a convenient way to pay the pet deposit if there is one and help staff with room selection based on the pet type. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
I was pretty happy with my stay here. We had a 2 queen bed room one night and a suite the next night. I had no complaints other than the beds. They were very firm and uncomfortable for my wife and I. If you like a very firm bed, you will not have a problem. We also stayed at the Holiday Inn Express up the road. The beds were much more comfortable and the breakfast was much better. For value, I would stay at the Days Inn again. For comfort, I would go back to the Holiday Inn Express.
This hotel is clean and comfortable, located conveniently just off the Interstate between Milwaukee and Madison, WI.
The room was very nice. There was some problems with noise.A girls softball team was staying there and the girls were very loud.Running in the hallways and slamming doors. We talked to the clerk and they were going to talk to the chaperrones.
