Pros (+) The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the War Memorial Arena, the Pasquerilla Center and the Inclined Plane. There is a Sheetz right across the street for snacks and drinks. And there is a tiny refrigerator in the room. Bathroom and sheets were clean and welcoming. The coffee was accessible 24-7 and it was very good quality.
Cons (-) There is a degree of neglect in the housekeeping. The return vents on the air handler have not been cleaned in months, perhaps years! I did tell the check in staff about this when we checked out. The dust was deep on the vents! The refrigerator was broken on the inside but it still kept our beverages and food cold.
