Great downtown location.
Good location and excellent service
All was good but do not like having to pay for parking
Comfortable and clean
Noise of train and the street light shining in our window
Good value for your money.
Should provide free parking for patrons, parking spaces too small to accommodate full size vehicles which many vacationers drive.
The lady at the front said she would email the invoice, but so far I have not received any email. (3 days so far)
The staff was very welcoming
it is an older hotel, but it has been well maintained and very clean
staff was very accommodating; helped me with changes in my booking. they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The breakfast room was very crowded, not enough seats, not a lot of choices.
Rooms new and clean; staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Everything updated with exception of bathroom, which was really tiny
I will be more careful when bidding on a hotel next time. The description of the hotel made it seem much better than it was. It was overpriced and in a poor location. Our room looked out over the air/heating system which blasted on and off all night. We thought we might watch a movie and changed our minds when the charge was $16.99 for something we can watch at home for free. The restaurant that was supposed to be there was closed up. Not at all what we hoped for on our weekend away.
The pool was nice.
There needs to be better communication from Priceline. When looking and checking the amenities we chose free breakfast and parking and when we arrived we were to be charged for both. Everything in the description isn't always included.
Nice pool, clean entrance.
Breakfast was only served at 7:00. We needed to eat prior as our flight required us to be at the airport before 7:00. This was a great inconvenience as we had planned on a breakfast prior to our very long flight.
Breakfast options were limited especially when you don't eat pork.
The location, the pool/ common areas were both great. Rooms were a bit dated and the reno's that had been done were not exactly complete.
Cleanliness, location and helpful desk people.
Parking across a public alley in an open parking lot.
The priceline.com made some mistakes about the free breakfast. The night staff corrected it after we show the internet data.
Room was lovely. Free parking was a bonus.
They are in the middle of upgrading this hotel and the construction started up at 8:30 am. Banging can be heard throughout the hotel. There was no notice of this prior to me booking and I had no idea.
Overall exceptional except parking situation unclear. Paid hotel parking, was directed to a lot, but still received a parking ticket because I was not in the appropriate lot.
