Affordable rates, friendly staff and a nice big breakfast in the morning is our key to success. The town is small so you can enjoy walking through it and have quite a few places to eat. We are located in beautiful Kanab, Utah. Kanab is conveniently located North of The Grand Canyon, East of Zion National Park and West of Bryce National Park. Pets accepted.
The room was clean
The bathroom door wi=ould not shut and the hair dryer fell off the wall.
It was very clean . The front desk lady very nice and helpful.
Lost reservation, spent 30+ minutes, late at night, waiting for clerk to straighten out, never got reason why. Ended up with room that was not what we needed. Hotel staff, repeatedly trying to open room door well prior to checkout "to see if I was still there" or "if you area stayover" or just "if you are here". Cannot recommend.
This hotel has great location, close to Bryce, Zion, The Wave, Escalante canyons. The little town is nice and friendly. But what makes this place outstanding is great team of people who work there! I had a really bad car accident on the first night in Kanab: hit a deer on RT89 late at night. (Btw, if you drive this road, stay alarmed: the collisions with deers are very common in this area, and many animals die). I made it back to the hotel, but the coolant line was badly damaged. Turned out that insurance does not cover towing the car back to Vegas, and I had a choice to drive overheating car or pay 700$ out of empty pocket. And this is when I realize how people are in small towns of America. Immediately I got so much help and support, I felt so much at home. They did not let me go before making sure I was safe to drive 200mi. Bryson, Sandy and Sandy's son all teamed up for the rescue, and Sandy's son hot-glued the coolant pipe back. Thanks to them all, my vacation was not ruined and I've lost only one day. If I ever come back to Kanab, I know where I will stay. Thank you, guys!
