Very old. Very run down. Needs a face lift desperately.

Cons. No shower curtain, outdoor lock was not functioning, not staffed 24 7, just a note on the desk with a phone number. Grounds were run down, and overgrown by the entrance door. Door knob to the bathroom was falling off.
