They had carrots for the horses!
we liked everything about this hotel, we have stayed at a few over the last three years and this one by far is the best!!
Nice hotel, was unaware of being in the middle of fast food and stores while in the hotel.
Train noise. Wifi a little slow, my husband decided to use his cell phone hot spot instead.
The staff was friendly, and the room was modern and exceptionally clean.
There were no negatives.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, very well kept.
The breakfast was just ok.
The hotel is very conveniently located to everything; very easy to navigate in and out, yet set back off the highway and buffered by other business operations.
Loved the beds, extremely comfortable Breakfast was A ok Staff could not have been more helpful.
Bathroom on the small size
NOTHING & when I booked it, it said it had room service....WELL IT DOES NOT, another FRAUD AS INDICATED AS SN AMENITY!!
SMALL ROOMS, STAFF & The SO CALLED MANAGER, TOO MANY TO NAME AND THEY CHARGED ME AFTER YOU, OVERDREW MY ACCT AND I COULDN'T PAY BILLS WHEN THEY WERE DO! THIS WAS A TRIP TO HELP MY FRIENDS SISTER, WHO HAS MS, CLEAN, GO TO THE DUMP AND MORE, NOT LEISURE!!!!
Very clean, polite staff, beds were comfortable and good breakfast.
Finally a decent hotel breakfast. Real oj and decent bagels . I really liked the oatmeal and there was always good coffee and hot chocolate available. Fireplace in the dining area made it quite pleasant.
The hotel is very convenient to shopping and by-pass travel ways avoiding the in-town traffic congestion.
The close proximity to the train tracks resulted in some noise disruption experienced on the 2nd night of stay. The bed was extremely soft to the point of causing some back discomfort.
Very friendly staff and delicious complimentary breakfast.
Our room was close to the elevator shaft so the noise of the doors and motion was somewhat distracting.
I stay at Hilton properties frequently. However, they usually have no chemical smell which this did and I had to change rooms which was smaller. Unfortunately the beds were too soft which is unusual for Hampton. Still love Hampton though. Great staff.
Went there for weekend gateway the staff was excellent, Samantha checked us in on Friday, not only did she recommend a restaurant she made reservations for us. The place is clean, comfortable and make you feel welcome. Great place.
Nice rooms, quiet, good mattresses, nice bedding, a decent (certainly not great, but it cost nothing extra) breakfast.
Healthy breakfast with diverse choices.
The desk in the room and the chair were incompatible. Desk was too high for the chair, making it difficult to work.
The hotel is a great location in the area. It is very clean and staff is pleasant. Buffet breakfast is nice to have available. Have stayed there several times and will stay again if in area. Near Bard College which was convenient because also nearby restaurants ans stores.
Stayed Oct 2010 for nearby family wedding. Clean room, courteous staff. Needed a portable bed at last minute for an additional guest and received it immediatley, with no additional charge. Very nice Complimentary Breakfast. Staff was constantly refilling food and cleaning tables. Another post comented about proximity to Train trax (Just outside back). I only heard train when awake. It never woke me up. Triple windows made it a low rumble. Would definately recommend this location.
Located behind CVS & a Taco place the hotel inside was nice with a clean pool and eating area. Beds & a/c were good but the room is small and expensive nearly $* a night ! We had two Queen beds with just a little space to walk around and no table & chairs. There is a mall across the street and good food at the Texas Roadhouse but you need to drive to both.
I recently stayed here and was treated very disrespectfully by the front desk staff. when i reported the incident to the corporation, i was called a liar. i will never stay at this hotel again. we waited for our room for 45 min and i did not feel at all that their ''100% satisfaction guaranteed'' policy was true at all. i also think it is wrong that they do not accept locals. i have family from around this area and they are the ones who approved this hotel to be built. if it was not for them the hotel would not be there.
This is one of the new upscale Hampton; Hilton type beds and linens, flatscreen TV, etc.. Business cntr with Office '07 and Vista. If you don't need full restaurant, its the best value in this (expensive) area
