Everything was great
I have no complaints
Very convenient location
The hotel overall too worn out
I like convenience to Disney.
Place is out dated. Everything is broken or look broken
1. La mayoría del personal excelente. 2. Mi habitación, la piscina y áreas comunes limpias. 3. Observe rondas preventivas. 4.
2. Tiene cargos sorpresas de $15 diarios. 3. Nunca pude acceder a Internet. 4. No tienen microondas para calentar leche.
The room was clean, my daughter fell and I called front desk and the gentleman sent some band aids and some ointment to the room, it was very thoughtful.
Bathroom is a little small.
I didn't like anything about this place at i wanted to cancel but they already charge me.if anything i want a refund
We loved the shuttles to the theme parks. Their pool was very nice.
I did not like the hidden fee of resort charge when checking in. Yes the charge was minimum but still a hidden charge.
I liked the location and the pool.
The front staff!!! Christina acted like doing her job was the worst possible thing in the world! I asked for a receipt and she acted like I asked for a million dollars. We will never stay again just because of her !
Close to Disney ok for the money
Ok clean not enough pillows on the bed towels too thin & too small ok for a quick night definitely not a 3 star hotel needs some TLC
Great location for Disney goers! Just a short drive.
The check in staff was a bit rude this time around. But she did upgrade us when our booking went wrong and we had to spend 45 mins figuring it out. Her overall attitude was not professional. I have stayed here multiple times and this was the first time I had that issue.
About 5 minute drive to Disney World property
Lines for the front desk were 20 minutes if not more (and we visited during off peak season), the facility had a strong odor of Marijuana, phone calls to the FRONT DESK cost money, the Internet didn't work, hidden fees up and down, the bed was horrible, if you like pillows you better bring your own because the tiny paper thin do nothing, the only redeeming quality of this hotel is the close proximity to Disney, but the traffic getting there is horrible (again, we stayed during OFF-PEAK season! )
The location is conveniently close to many restaurants and only minutes away from Walt Disney World.
I would describe this place more as a Motel rather than a hotel Our first room was covered in mold, the roof, the night tables, curtains! There was mold everywhere! Luckily no one in our party had any lung or allergy conditions because this could severely cause harm to anyone with mold sensitivities. The sink would get clogged and the water would take a long time to go down. We asked to change rooms for the second night and the staff was helpful and changed with without any problem. But curtains in there still had mold. Please avoid. There is a free shuttle service offered but it only offered pick up twice in the morning and once in the evening or something like that. Not an ideal way to travel to the parks. I couldn't imagine what would happen if you happened to miss the evening shuttle.
The staff was very nice. The manager was professional and handled our situation appropriately. Bed was comfortable.
Dirty! Broken furniture, mold on the AC, dust hanging from the ceiling, short and curly hairs on the tub, tub was squishy under your feet, broken exposed glass, hairs everywhere, and smelled of bleach so bad your eyes burn.
The hotel is only minutes away from the park so that is definitely a plus. The staff is very helpful and attentive.
The smell of humidity in our room kept me up at night. There was several spots of mold (in the bathroom and under the fridge) It was my second stay at this hotel and my first time was great. I am hoping it was just a bad room that I got.
Cheap price, quiet, it wasn't as bad as most of the reviews but I would not stay again if I had a choice. It was simply mediocre and should definitely be considered a MOTEL. Speaking of.. I have stayed in motel 6 rooms better and cheaper. Sheets appeared clean. It was average. I would spend my money else where.
There was no reservation in their system when we arrived, it was late and took an hour to check in. The manager was rude. They would not upgrade to a king room even willing to pay the difference. The carpet in the room was disgusting. Needs to be updated. Pillows were way over used and definitely need replaced. Spend your money some where better.
The price at a little over $30 per night wasn't bad. Good location approximately 20 minutes from Disney with just a little traffic. Course it was the off season.
Room smelled like mildew when we checked in. Pushing talking to Wyndham Resorts personnel. Trying to get you to do the big buy. Charged me an extra $5 per night for resort amenities? What was that for. Its not like I really even used the pool. Could have gotten a better room for $40 per night elsewhere. Had to make sure the door actually latched and locked every morning. It would close and click but you could push it open with your hand.
Costumer service was great and location
Not so clean
This hotel is perfect for anyone planning on being at Disney all day and just needs a place to sleep at night. The location is great for Disney. The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable and all amenities (shower, toilet, tv) were clean and worked perfectly fine. Decent shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Free parking was also convenient.
There was a surprise $5/day resort fee upon check in which I was not expecting and unfortunately the front desk was understaffed and unfriendly. Checking out on a Saturday morning there was only one woman working the front desk and a line of about 6 people waiting to check out.
Clean very good service
Average size hotel room with fridge. Nice pools and perfect location for theme park access, only about a mile or so from the Disney access road. Near all restaurants and newer shopping complex, better than the other end of 192. We will be back!
We have been here several times in the past because it is a clean hotel in a great location for visiting Disney at a fantastic price. It is nothing so special but the rooms are actually pretty nice. If you are frequent Disney people and just need a clean and comfortable place to sleep, this definitely does the job.
Dated and boring for an extended stay, but that's not what we go there for.
I don't get the reviews complaining about the tv or the bed. The room had a flat screen and beds were find. Who goes to Orlando to watch tv anyway? The staff at the front desk were helpful and persistant with getting me a taxi to take me to Disney. That's it for the positive.
The toilet did not flush, the sink did not drain... etc. There's some serious plumbing issues on the second floor of the first building. On top of the $15 resort fee, I was also charged a $5 reserve fee. $20 of additional fees on top of the room cost... there's no way I would ever stay here again strictly because of that when there's 20 other hotels on the same street that don't charge those fee. What is a reserve fee?! I've never in my life heard of such a thing and I've been to 28 countries!
Place was run down. Needs major upgrading
The only think positive is parking space
I payed for resort fee online when I get there they charge me again for resort fee and this is basically a motel
Location was good to Disney and expressways, but can be easily missed when trying to find it. Room looks to have been renovated within the last couple of years. Room comes with iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and mini-fridge. Grounds look well maintained. Pool.
This place is very good to stay at for the purpose of going to the theme parks, but it is by no means a destination that warrants a resort fee. There isn't anything here that says resort other than its name. If you are comparing other hotels in the area using Kayak or Hotels.com, be warned that the price advertised does not reflect the additional $10 per day resort fee until you go to pay for it. The room still sports a tube television with very limited cable channels.
I enjoyed the location, and the bar/restaurant available in the lobby.
I went down at 3pm to use the computer which I was told available. Only to find it was turned off and a lock box around it to keep people out. So I went to the 2 desks they have open with staff and I was given the same excuse for over an hour in a half that the manager has to unlock it no one else can. That she should be there at 3pm, but by 4pm she still hadn't arrived. Eventually the JANITORIAL staff unlocked it and turned it on while the manager arrived only to stand at the desk doing the same thing the other 4 staff members were doing yet only 3 computers to do it.. Intact she stood there doing nothing for about 10-15min and other staff kept assisting dozens of people before me. I had to wait while they FOUND the keys too for about 30min. The staff was rude on the matter and what's worse the manager was rude. The hotel bartender was pouring himself shots, which I believe is inappropriate to do when your working/managing a bar, speaking ill of the guests and complaining about his job, and the bar floor was greasy another staff member was sliding and dancing on it instead of cleaning it up. They argued who should clean it. Then no one cleaned it.
Hallway common areas looked dated and unclean. Bath tub did not drain well so shower would fill up .
cockroaches, door lock didn't work, ice machines didn't work, light switch at front door didn't work. Won't even stay here again and won't use Kayak again for even having some place this bad on their site.
Stay here quite a bit! Always look to stay here 1st! Clean hotel good price
