Pros: The seats were wide and comfortable, the food was excellent (and so much better than the "no frills" American airplane food), the staff were very friendly.
Would definitely choose again over US carrier

Pros: Regular cheap economy seat had more leg room than the upgraded economy flights on US carriers I've flown. Our flight time was less than two hours and we still had full free entertainment package, a hot meal, attentive service. Fantastic.
Cons: While the meal was appreciated, it was definitely for Asian tastes--kimchi, tofu etc. Being an American, it wasn't great for me, but not a big deal.

Pros: They are super co operative.
Every single one has a great smile.
Cons: I normally be okay with the food. I know the air plane food has its limitation. However this time the food experience was pretty disapointed. There was no taste at all. I tried two meals but it has no such taste.

Cons: My food was cold and hard I ordered a waffle I could barely cut through. Couldn't eat anything else because of my diet and was hungry the whole flight and not given much help.

Pros: As an American, I'm always impressed by the quality of service with Asian and European carriers. Korean Air continues to be one of my favorites, and I was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to business class for the flight home.
Cons: Because of the delay, i missed the last train or bus back home from the airport, and usually the carrier will pay for a bus to take passengers as far as seoul station, but that did not happen.
