Location: easy on/off highway. Noon check out. Clean and quiet room with easy access from side entrance.
Computer IT issues at front desk resulted in delays with check in.
Friendly, helpful, staff, clean rooms, good food at bar.
Construction on interstate next to hotel loud until 7pm
Very friendly staff
the location was perfect
The stairs to go down to the elevator was strange. It's only a couple of steps, but carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator was awkward.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
This hotel was old and showed its age. I would have thought this to be a 2 star hotel.
Price was affordable
My niece just moved and she now lives in the neighbor-hood we went to his communion on Saturday
Convenient location for business and pleasure.
The elevator is abominably slow.
It has a restaurant and gym
Gym was small
Convenience off of highway
Convenience off of Highway. Lots of punks around .
Clean room and friendly, helpful staff.
No pay-per-view and we could hear people walking in the room above us a bit too clearly.
lots of handrails in the bathroom for handicapped. Very helpful housekeeping staff.
shower curtain installed did not keep water off the bathroom floor. We had to lay down a lot of towels. Also the room needed more than one chair, which was a desk chair that was not supportive. Especially in a handicap room, a helper needs a chair too.
Fresh coffee in lobby. Great check in staff. Very clean room.
Check in lobby area is 4-6 steps upwards from lobby. You need to drive your car around the side of the buildng to come in at the elevator level with your luggage. One wall in room was painted a dark blue. Very dismal. Ice machine on First Floor.
Pool and weight room
No breakfast included, which almost every hotel in this price range and ranking includes in the price.
I liked the gym equipment, it was nice to have more than just treadmils
Convenience to PA turnpike, excellent
The carpeting in the room was sticky. When I spoke with the clerk at the registration desk about this matter, she did not seem at all concerned. I doubt any action will result from my conversation.
Very clean and quiet.
The beds were awful, very uncomfortable. Linens were nice though.
Located close to the expressway.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is definitely not 3 star quality. It was recommended by the staff but the kitchen was out of most of the items on the menu. Very disappointing!
the nice large outdoor pool.
the hallways are old and are dark and dingy. Hard to get around this hotel.not layed out well.
Fleas in bed. Alive and dead !!! Put in a pet room twice , we had no pet!
The location was difficult to find with our GPS because we had to use Lansdale, Pa rather than Kulpsville.
The staff was very good.
The room thermostat wsn't working. It was very hot-slept with the air conditioning on-in November.
In the bathroom had trouble turning on the water for the bathtub/shower. It would not turn off. Ask to have maintenance come to turn water off.Hot water ran over an hour we left with it still running.
The staff . This is an older property in desperate need of a complete renovation , but every single staff member I encountered , some of whom went out of their way to engage me , turned my experience into a much better one than it could have been .
No room is accessible from the lobby without encountering either stairs , or a handicap lift , unless you go outside . There was a dog show actively taking place on site with very self-focused participants selfishly blocking halls , and corridors .
convenient to work
too hard to get to room, its split level- goofy set up, and no directions for how to get around if carrying stuff-
I will never stay here again. I should have listened to the reviews. Room air conditioner didn't work properly and the room was dark and dank. We stayed here while visiting my grandkids. Unannounced to us, the hotel decided to rent out the pool area for a function as we had planned a pool party with our kids. As we went to the pool we were told it was closed. After requesting to speek with the manager, we were told to leave by an employee. We complaned to managment and where promised a call to give us compensation. Another lie.
Stayed here in July....clean home. Very convenient to turnpike and the Landsdale area.
It was located right off the highway and located on a main route
We were given a room in building 2 which meant we had to walk back and forth to use any of the facilities which was a pain. Given a room on the second floor at the every end of the hallway - with two double beds and they were not willing to switch.
It's undergoing renovations but it needs to be torn down.
