The location was great, they accommodated our request to be up high so we were able to watch the sunset from our room, staff was excellent, valet is quick and treats your car with respect
Room wasn't clean, found underwear behind dresser, light was missing from one of the ceilings lights, drinks left open in the fridge and hair was left on the vanity counter.
Beachfront room, great service
Heat(not in hotel's control), but first room we were in had A/C inadequate to cool room. Changed rooms and did much better.
Location, two pools, beach access, beach toys and chairs.,.Great staff
Would be great to have some basic cruiser bikes to borrow for a ride downtown and some foamy surf boards to borrow at the beach ( in addition to boogie boards, which were awesome).
Mari and Javid at the front desk were great and informative. Mari even gave my Lab a treat, which was appreciated. Ocean view room was spectacular. We'll be back! Again and again.
Air conditioner too loud
Bryan at the front desk was very helpful! The staff at Driftwood seated us right in the water and provided Excellent service and amazing food. I am craving the quinoa salad.
I wish we could have stayed longer...we will be back
Great location with some beachfront rooms.
Small room, no mirror, tv didn't work and air conditioning needed a repair.
I loved the oceanfront view the only thing was trying to get a seat at the deck. Or my last minute decision to want to stay another night because it was amazing, but all the rooms were booked.
The location was nice, the beach access was a big plus. Also the valet staff was really helpful helping us with our bags and when we forgot things in the car they were quick to pull the car around.
As we waited at the front desk to check in, the lobby was extremy loud I could barely hear what the receptionist was telling me. We asked for a room near the beach and we were put in a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Our room was very small and the shower was even smaller. For the price I paid I would not go back nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Was given a free upgrade at check-in to an extraordinary suite, the Pacific Suite, two bedroom/bathroom, fantastic view, exquisite furnishings.
Everything was perfect! The venue, the staff, the beach! Definitely going to go back soon!
Terribly dirty with tiny, cramped, filthy rooms.
Old, expensive, horrible view
Great access to the beach and friendly staff
Noise level! You could here everything in our room... We actually left in the middle of the night due to the noise. Would be a great place to stay but the rooms have paper thin walls.
The check in time of 4pm and check out time of 11am were kind of ridiculous (most hotels are 3 and 12) but the hipster staff members were super helpful and let me check in very early and stay late. I appreciated that.
The beach is small and covered with seaweed which attracts bugs. It's not very nice and I don't understand why the beach attendants don't clean up the washed up seaweed.
Loved being on the beach, great location if you want to be close to village, sawdust and pagent of the masters.
The room is over due for a make over. Outdated frig, stove and bathroom.
The location was great
This place needs a remodel but I think instead they just paint it with cool colors..........
