Pros (+) The cars section were we stayed was Awesome! The kids enjoyed looking at the cars characters and they thought the room was great two. Loved having the two bathrooms.

Pros (+) We were upgrade to a nemo room and that was a very nice surprise. The room was bigger which included a microwave, kitchenette sink and refrigerator. Indoor entry was a plus.

We had a 2 year old with us and when we checked in we asked for a pack n play. Went to get something to eat, and when we returned it still was not in the room. Pros (+) The pools were the best part of the resort!
Cons (-) 1. The smoking area is on the jogging trail! 2. There is only one food court for all the guests so expect long waits in line. 3. The only provide one bed sheet so bring a blanket!!!! 4. Guests don't know what to bring to the registers when cashing out their food.. So they leave the line to get stuff and hold up the registers!
Pros (+) Mermaid room is small, but ok for a family of 4. The resort has a nice theme and the grounds are very clean.
Cons (-) The walk from mermaid rooms building 8 is a long walk. It took 11-12 minutes to walk from room to the "cars" pool.
