Clean love the green on the golf curse
I liked that you were greeted promptly when you walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool with the water slides for the little ones was very nice.
It was excellent staff was friendly and I would recommend this place to everyone!
Very nice hotel!
The pool area was fantastic for the kids. I also like being able to do my own laundry on site.
Restaurant was overpriced.
Nice hotel. Stayed in King 2 bedroom-very spacious. Customer Service was good.
The whirlpool had way too much bleach. Our eyes felt like they were burning within minutes of being in it. Could not enjoy! Also, kiddie pool/park was closed. Not too happy about that!
Nice hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurant and bar were great.
Costumer service and interior design of the resort.
Location was not central. Really way out of the way from depiction.
The hotel itself was very nice
The hotel location was horrible
Its a nice hotel with restaurant and bar clean everywhere and wide open foyer/entrance in little bit older fashion compare to new Holiday Inn Express and Marriott hotels.
I'd really appreciated stay in this dobletree if I the room for the price I paying last 3 times would be bigger, not as the rooms were bad no,just kind of small/tithe or get a better/lower price on this rooms would help to justify...
It had a laundry available to guests.
It was just ok. Nothing extraordinary.
Clean, spacious, modern rooms.
Way too many kids. Very kid friendly, good for families. However, I'm looking more of an'adult only' atmosphere.
Location, service, gym.
Heating unit inside the room to much noise didn't sleep all night
The water park was great for the kids. The rooms were nice, and the on-site restaurant was ok. The staff at the pool were excellent.
The staff are poorly managed. We had 2 one-night reservations, they made us change rooms. The rooms were on the complete opposite sides of the hotel. Why can't you give us the same room? Bad, bad management. The staff blamed Priceline--discrimination?
Within eight miles of the Sound and Sight playhouse which was the reason for our two-night stay. The food service, especially breakfast, was a bit too pricey so opted to eat elsewhere at more reasonably priced restaurants which are nearby. Nevertheless, we wouldn't hesitate to consider staying there again.
my sleeping was disturb maid knock my door once then open the door i had posted the sign outside saying do not disturb follow by a call from the receptionist very rude.
Location and convience Pool was nice
Everything overpriced and poor amenities
I couldn't ask for more, since the moment we arrived to the hotel our vacation just got much better. the staff was nice, clean room, excellent customer service, free internet, the pool for the kids was awesome!!
I'v been going to Willow Valley for years. My kids love it. We usually stay at the Double tree part of the hotel. It's newer and it's connected to the indoor pool. My kids love the indoor water slides. As far as Landcaster hotels go..... it is fine. It's modern, clean, kid friendly and close to both Dutch Wonderland and Hershey park. It is really a nice place and we have made some wonderful family memories there.
The Jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting! There was toilet paper floating around in it and the foam was brown and grimy. The lifegaurds we rude, and most of the time weren't even gaurding the pool. There were hanging out around the video games laughing and talking. The floors were slippery and soaking wet. We informed the lifegaurd and housekeeping came to mop the floor. While they were mopping the floor, they were making rude comments about the guests at the pool and we could hear every word they said. The overall staff was so rude that I would never EVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. Not worth what we paid to stay there.
