The price and location which made it convenient for dining out. The Waffles for breakfast was great!
The bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast could've had more fruit. I only saw apples.
Manager in am was very friendly and checked on guests in breakfast room. Room was clean.
Manager on arrival was a young fellow that did not even say hello! I told him we had a reservation and he just asked for the name. Never even smiled the whole time. Usually they are very nice here. Asked if he had a first floor room available, he just said no.
The hotel is very close to all attractions and shopping. There is a view of the farms around the hotel that is pretty.
Didn't like to hear "barking" dogs at night (pets allowed) and room was not made up one day.
Accross the street from Lancaster Host Resort
Staff were nice, good location.
Room was plain. TV did not always work. Bed was hard.
Great location. Near everything we wanted to do or see.
We were travelinbg with tree children 12,17,18 y, and booked two rooms. The prise quality 100USD/night/room was certainly not worth it. Out of the 15 hotels this holiday it was the worst. Pool is nwy to small, closes at 7pm, and the rooms have a funny smell.
I enjoyed my stay at a much lower price and yet with all the same amenities that I had experienced in another hotel in Lancaster.
great location: close to amish country & an hour to gettysburg. breakfast is basic. nice staff. room is always kept immaculate.
breakfast could have been healthier with more servings of fruit. staff not that knowlegeable re. directions.
We went to relax and get away. In a good central location.
The beds were not so comfortable.
7 minutes form my family in lancaster
Not enough room in breakfast dining area. Had to stand to eat
Convenience, fun area to stay in, we'll come back and spend more time.
Our bed sheets were dirty, fuzz and hair. they overcharged me by $6.00
