Continental Breakfast was the worst I ever encountered.
No choices for breakfast
It is located in the prime spot of the town having accessible to everything.
1. Bedbugs 2. Water force in the shower and wash basin is not constant. 3. Breakfast, available from 6am to 9am(waffles,bread, cereals, boiled egg), They stopped refilling after 8:15am. 4. No enough parking space. 5. Size of the bed
The location was good for all the things that I wanted to do with my family.
The photos I saw on booking.com showed a very different hotel from the one I stayed in. For starters, the hotel itself was not in very good condition. The elevator was very dirty and full of mosquitoes the pool and fitness room were not as glamorous as they were shown online. The pool was very dirty, and the fitness room wasn't even open. The room had only 2 towels, which wouldn't be a problem if we were a family of 2 instead of 5. When we requested at the front desk that we get extra towels for my entire family, but the staff their was no help. In breakfast, there were no napkins which is unacceptable, messes happen all the time.
A christian family that were able to meet there.
They kept running out of things at breakfast. we told the staff and they said, "What do you expect for a holiday weekend?" The rooms were dirty. The floors were never cleaned. They never made the beds when they claimed to clean the room. I asked for clean towels in our room, they rehung the dirty ones instead. The pool area was gross. There were cigarette butts all over the pool area and in with the plants. The staff were vert rude. When you ask them for something, they threw there papers and eventually got it. And to top it all off, the tried to double charge our room and I had to fight to get the credit back on my credit card. Its a good thing that I check my account more often. I asked if we could take our breakfast back to our room because I have to special needs children with sensory issues and are afraid to be in loud crowded rooms. I was told that if I did, there would be an extra charge.
It was awful, smelt like cigarettes( I'm highly allergic)and dirty,( need to work on vacuuming skills),door was broke,(took 5 min. To get into the room twice), phone didn't work,( yes I unplugged and plugged it into the phone socket several times) ordered extra towels before hand (pre-registration)to be in the room because I knew the kids would want to swim, no extra, had to get them downstairs and then try to get back into the broken door room 234? I didn't feel Safe because of the extra dead bolt not able to be locked, it was also broken. if I was scoring it would be a Negative twenty (-20) score.
Everything could And Needs More Work. Shower was okay.
