Your call center is horrible. The car had a low air tire warning when we started the car. We filled up with air and it kept losing air. When we tried to get assistance by calling the 1-800 number on the paperwork, all we got was a run around and no one seemed to know the answer. They asked me to call back the next day when the rental car location was open. When I called, they advised me to call the number of the actual location. When I called that number I got the call center AGAIN. I finally brought the vehicle back and they stated they were cleaning a car for me to take. After sitting for almost an hour and checking with them several times, the person who was cleaning the vehicle had left for the day. Nothing like spending your valuable vacation time sitting in a rental car place. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be using Avis/Budget again.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Reserved a luxury crossover. When I arrived they didn't have any and was "upgraded" to a giant Nissan SUV. Got killed on gas mileage and not luxurious at all. Complete waste of money.

they wouldn't take my card I've had it for 15 years never a problem until I went to this place and been denied. You people suck I took my business someplace else. Pathetic attempt to service a customer. I'm 53 years old and retired professional and you guys didn't even try to make it work survey

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Didn’t have the car I requested so gave me an upgrade. At the end they called to say thanks and let me know what my balance was.

Cons:

Nothing! I will call them when I go back!

The pickup process could be easier. No indication as to where to go to find the car. Asked a lady who pointed us in the general direction. Then had to manhandle our suitcases up stairs because of no elevator or ramp. People running the rental lot were less than welcoming. Car was adequate. Ran well and it was very clean inside.

Lady behind counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me stand in building beside my husband. Downgraded our car to small suv but didn’t reduce the price. Spoke down to us like we were children. Never again will i use budget. Im sure not all staff are rude like her but it was enough to in future take my buisiness else were.
