The hotel was centrally located. The staff was friendly and check-in was very fast. Great experience!
I have no complaints about this hotel.
The over all Experience
No microwaves in rooms
Room and common areas crisp and clean. Staff is alert and professional.
Bistro is a little expensive. No free breakfast. WiFi is slow. Paying the extra money for higher does not improve your connection speed.
The coziness of the hotell.
It wasn't a microwave or refrigerator in the room.
staff was outstanding and all else was great. Little out of the way but a Great choice.
Room was clean, the housekeeping staff did a great job! Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower as well.
Pool was dirty, had lots of floating hair and was murky. Also was quite cold in the pool. (Indoor pool)
Walk to metro
Fire alarm middle of the night
I really loved my room. It was clean, comfortable, and it had a balcony. I absolutely loved the Bistro. The food was amazing and the Bistro staff was great company. The location of the hotel was perfect for me because I needed to be close to the metro.
Pre-Arrival and Arrival was horrible. Phone etiquette was extremely poor with attitude. They sounded annoyed with the questions I had. Front Desk Agent charged my credit card at Arrival without informing me, and my request for a crib was not ready for me.
Location and mattress
Rooms were dirtt. Sheets were not clean when we arrived and they provided no room cleaning while we visited. We were very disappointed. The hotel staff dis nothing to make our stay cleaner and the hotel was busy so they wouldn't transfer us into a differ
Shuttle service and staff was awesome. Great price if you don't mind taking the subway downtown.
The location was a little rough, seemed ghetto. Was a great price and about a 30 minute trip on the subway to downtown D.C. I wouldn't go to the subway alone though, not at that station.
Clean and convenient
Room was small. Only one bed in the room.
the front desk staff were very friendly, making check in/out process fast and convenient. despite the large number of guests at the hotel, the water pressure in the shower was awesome! this hotel had free wifi and parking!
unfortunately, not much else was great about this hotel. it was located in a remote business park and not really suited to families. none of the ice machines worked/or were completely empty. the mini fridge was a joke.
The hotel had bed bugs. Thank god we were only there for one night. This was confirmed upon arriving home with bites on chest.
It was located in a desolate area. No restaurants, stores, etc within 10 miles of hotel. When driving to look for something it was a very bad area with seedy people on every corner. I turned around and went back to room not eating dinner that day.
3 star good price.
They cut off all the ice maker machines on purpose. You have to go to cafe to get ice. A hassle.
Service at the front desk was terrible. Got to the room and the toilet and sink stopper did not work. Had to move me but had to pack back up and stand in line again and wait.
Quiet, handy location to Metro.
No hot tub as advertised online.
They told us up front they were under construction
Only one elevator at one end of the building for customers and construction workers. The walk was too long from front desk to elevator and eventually to room. Elevator was out of service Sunday had to lug everything down corridor & stairs to car
Closest hotel to New Carrolton Metro/
Advertises non existent whirlpool. Coffee machine is child size Housekeeping woke me up with DO NOT DISTURB on door. WWWWAAAAYYY too much uncontrolled noise in hallways
The lobby is nice. The food at the Bistro was good.
Check in was slow. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It sagged slightly in the middle.
Poor location.. Limited to what they had to drink or eat
The heated pool. Starbucks coffee at The Bistro.
The high price of the vending machine and the security deposit takes forever to be refunded.
The Starbucks in the lobby and the location from DC and Northern Virginia were pretty convenient.
The staff was very rude and the guest were a little ghetto.
My brother's brand new Audi got put on bricks and the wheels/tires stolen right from the parking lot. Also, driver window was smashed and valuables stolen. There are NO CAMERAS on premises(What hotels don't have cameras in the parking lot!?)
This place is made funny ... the elevator is in the back far away from everything. The staff is ok but can sometimes be rude!!!!
The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The room was perfect.
the only thing I didn't like it was in the middle of no where. If You don't have transportation to get around. You are stuck in the hotel.
Rooms were average. Staff was sub-par....not mean, not friendly. Food in the bistro was good but terribly overpriced. Evening bistro employees could benefit from customer service classes. Close to metro
The beds are so cozy & comfortable.
A very rude shuttle driver.
My room was cleaning had a bit of a musty smell to it when I first entered. Was right off the elevator (did not like this, but was too lazy to ask for a change. Liked the convenience of the bar and cafe (restaurant) on premises. The staff was nice when I first checked in told me what was offered at the hotel and how to order if I wanted delivery. Hotel was comfortable and offered free wifi (awesome).
