Very comfortable rooms and clean hotel. Great RV(boat trailer) parking with alert security. Great Mexican food restaurant also!!
The location and pool
Staff could be more pleasantIt was charming and fun
Long black hairs left in the room. Swimming pool not clean. They charge a resort fee that covers phone calls etc. when everyone in America has a cell phone. Then they tack on another bogus fee of 11 dollars for Internet. This property has easy enough access and parking. Has a sporting goods store inside lobby as well as a huge cool fish tank that draws you in. That is where the positives end. Not clean, undisclosed fees, ancient televisions and rooms with air conditioners so loud that they sound like an airplane engine. Impossible to sleep. Not a 3 star property. 2.5 stars max
padded head rest on beds
internet availability was almost nonexistent. weak signals throughout propertynot very good
Self parking lot is ways away from the hotel entrance / elevators.
it was too far from the airport Infrequent pickups of hotel shuttle. I had to take a cab both ways at a cost of $20 to $25 each way in order to get there and back.
the location, the shuttle, the staff...the priceTerrible experiance, keys didnt work and could not be made to work consistently, shuttle had NO AIR CONDITIONING!, Front Desk double billed us, then could not reverse the charges for 10 days! Bill still wrong, we paid more than priceline promised, front desk supervisor could not tell us why we were charged, nor itemize the amounts we were charged...the whole experiance was terrible, and we wont be back.
The room was GREAT. I have stayed at dozens of Vegas hotels and this one had the best beds yet. Very clean and comfy.
The pool!! How ridiculous that the hours are 9am to 6pm! It's very inconvenient for the summer months and trying to avoid the hottest part of the day. Makes no sense that they can't just leave it open in the evening for guests. The aquarium when you first walk in is very captivating. Unique hotel and I enjoyed that a lot. Parking was very simple and had many spots nearby all entrances. Staff was friendly and courteous, even while learning a new computer system for guests. I enjoyed the quiet location and the accommodations.
They do have an amazing aquarium stocked with stingrays, and other tropical fish. Kids would love it, a mermaid comes in and feeds the fish periodically
The rooms were very dark, the bathroom had hair in it - gross! The Mexican restaurant had very bland food, sunrise restaurant's food was descent - was surprised to see spam fried rice on menu, must be a Hawaiian working the grill :)This hotel is located conveniently off I15, which is what drew me as I needed to get back on the road the next day and didn't want to fuss with too much traffic. They also have a Bass Pro Shop connected to the lobby for sports fishing enthusiast. I personally hated the dark, poorly lighted, outdated rooms. I would expect a hotel such as this off the strip to be much cheaper, I paid about xxx or so a night. More posh hotels run much lower this time of year. I wouldn't stay again, also seems like not many people were winning at the slot machines. Staff are very friendly a...
Great when you have children. Free wifi in the lobby where you can use your laptop if needed.
No it was perfect!
