Not really a lot to like about this place.
Worst hotel experience of my life. I entered my room to find a prescription pill laying in the middle of the floor, a bathroom garbage can that had not been emptied, and a dirty stained duvee. I decide to venture to the pool and the pool itself was not bad. The locker / restroom was another story. There was mold everywhere, it looked like the roof has been leaking for a long time. It was dis colored and looked like it was about to fall in. Leaving the pool area through the courtyard I found that none of the outside doors to enter back into the main part of the hotel were open or in working order. I nearly froze walking all the way around the hotel. 4 doors and none of them were in working order. I was on the first floor which was supposed to be a no smoking floor but the entire thing smelled like an ashtray. The TV channel guide had about 40 channels listed. 8 worked (sometimes). All in all it was a horrible experience. I will not ever stay at a Ramada again, nor will I recommend them to any business acquaintances.
Clean rooms but very slow WiFi. Not good for streaming or fast browsing. Need to increase speed immediately or don't stay if you need to save money on phone charges.
Room was filthy
The price was great. the room was fine. This was my 3rd time staying there & have had no complaints.
The bed was uncomfortable and room was not kept well. I will not stay again.
It was great to have a pool for the kids to swim, beds were comfortable and spacious room.
Our room was right next to the outer entrance door and it slams shut with a LOUD bang every time someone uses it, which was going on all night and until 3am! It needs to be fixed as the vibration and noise kept me from getting any quality sleep! I wouldn't have paid $5 for that room and was very tired the next day and we had a 5 hour drive.
Clean room with a fridge. Had outdoor grilling area on patio.
Door handle worked in reverse.
When we got to our room the ac was making a very loud noise so we had to change rooms. My daughter and grandkids went swimming in the pool and there was poop in the pool. Shower curtain had mold all on it. We didnt eat in the dining room....thank goodness because a lady tld me as i was making my complaints that a mouee ran over her feet. Never will stay there again! Trying to get a refund.
Outside entrance close to my room, very comfortable bed and spacious room. Air worked great. Had a view of the pool outside. Housekeeping was good, had new towels, shampoo, etc each day. Paid a decent price for an ok room. If you are going on vacation solely to relax in the hotel for the most part of the time, don't go here. If you are going on business or won't be in the room much, the cheapness of the room (50$/night) is worth it.
Had to wait at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before someone showed up. They don't tell you to turn up on the doorknob but I got it open after several tries. After coming into my room at around 5 or 6PM, I sat on the bed not in eyesight of the door with the television on. I heard a sound like the door opening but thought it must have been the room beside me, but poked my head around the corner to see my door slowly being closed by who knows who. After that I absolutely did not leave anything valuable in the room. No Do not disturb sign left in my room, and there was that pleasant old hotel smell that everyone loves.
Considering the location of the hotel near the interstate, my stay was quiet and uninterrupted. The staff answered all questions I inquired about in regards to the local and surrounding area.
Breakfast was included but had to ask staff to keep replenishing supplies.
I booked it For cost of $294 and they charged me $533, but changed it back. They weren't very happy. Had a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. Had dinner there one night. Did not get everything I ordered. bill was adjusted.
Our hotel keys didn't work, there were spiders everywhere, and the rooms were far from clean. I did not feel safe or comfortable at any point during my stay.
Was clean. Has an indoor pool. Nice rooms. We would go back.
The breakfast that they serve wasn't very good.
The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Most of the staff were friendly. The place is convenient and the price is very affordable with nice amenities.
Some parts of the renovations were patch up that were clearly visible in the bath rooms and unknown machine for ventilation were really loud at night during my stay. Also, management would not let me borrow the their snow shovel because another customer previously broke theirs when I asked to use it to get out of the parking lot during a snow storm. Eventually they did use a snow plow.
Food in the dining area was too expensive! Very expensive for such cheap food. Staff members in the dining room were very hateful and rude. Had to wait 15 minutes to pay my bill while a staff member watched me and never came up..also noticed I had ran out of drink and never offered a refill. Rooms were fairly clean, found hair in my bed. Probably won't stay again.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable.
Stale smell throughout the building and when I arrived virtually everything was unplugged... I assume to save energy? Just weird and inconvenient to run around plugging everything in. Also, the light cover fell off the middle of the night and scared the life out of me.
The heated indoor pool water was relaxing.
Room was not clean. Soap in the shower, cup rings on the night stand, coffee grounds left in the coffee maker and a vomit looking substance on the undemr side of the comforter. I was very dissappear in this hotel.
staff was friendly and courteous rooms were clean and comfortable, although it was an older facility(could use updating)
breakfast area was extremely cold/other guest were complaining as well. clock radio wasn't working(however staff was responsive in providing another one) The sink stopper wasn't working / had to fix it ourselves the drain for sink would not drain / front desk clerk said he would send maintenance, however no one showed up(we were there 3 days)
It is an older building and some people might want perfection but for the cost it was way above our expectations. The staff we saw was friendly. Our room was clean and nice size. There was a water spot on ceiling which I am sure some people would complain about but didn't effect us. We thought our beds were comfortable. Room easy to get to. Overall very pleased.
The only thing and wasn't bad was the eggs were not very warm one morning but it was about 9:30. I really have no other complaints. I have stayed at much more expensive places that were really bad. One thing. Maybe the reason the eggs were cold was because dining area was cold. That is the worst I have to say.
The room was great. The people were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The place was nicely decorated.
My only complaints are that there was no hot tub and the place where we ate breakfast was cold the hallways too.
Easy to get to from the highway
The headboard fell off in the middle of the night and shorted the electric along that wall so the breaker blew. The ceiling was crumbling even though it was plastered once before the cracks were popping out of the plaster again. The toilet and shower both had issues forcing you to jiggle and hope the lever and shower knob would finally work. Plus the fridge had food leftover in it so cleanliness is very questionable.
Overall a good hotel.
Rooms need updated. Some wallpaper was peeling. Bathroom faucet was bad.
The staff was very friendly we had a little problem with the volume on our tv but they sent someone straight to our room to fix the prolem the continental breakfast was great there very clean rooms
Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
We were supposed to have a handicap suite with either high back sofa or a recliner for my husband but instead we were put in a regular room. There was no hot tub or sauna, as it was advertise. We were very upset with the whole experience.
Building was old, beds uncomfortable, old outdated that felt dirty bathroom. I would not stay here or reccomend it.
