When you make a reservation and when it’s confirmed you expect there is a car. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told I should reserve a week in advance. Why confirm than the reservation?? Very bad, I’m sorry.

i wouldn’t never recommend them……our fly got delay in miami 2 hours we were scheduled to land in lima at 8:30pm we got there close to 11pm they told us my reservation got canceled since i didn’t show up at 8 like i was suppose to be nothing i couldnt done in my power………..they offered the same car whit a higher price

Very poor. They denied the car reserved saying that they do not have cars available even though the booking was confirmed and recommended another car company which was 3 times more expensive.

When we arrived we did not receive a car even though we had a guaranteed reservation! UNSAT!

Cons:

Got there at noon to pick up our car as per our reservation was told that there were no cars available and that our car wasn’t being returned until 3pm. Didn’t get there til 4. Then the AC didn’t work. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had in any country.
