The room was updated and clean
Poor breakfast( but fine for the price we paid),closed pool( still warm wheatear) and noisy neighbors( we called to front desk and they had resolve the problem which is plus for hotel)
Very easy to get too and It was a very spacious room
Our lock was broken on the front door, we could lock the door on the door handle itself but couldn't use the security lock
The room was clean. When we came back after being gone all day they cleaned our room above and beyond. Even straightening up our toddlers toys! The staff was nice and the pool was clean.
There were people smoking outside of our room and we had to walk through it. I also didn't like the free breakfast, the room was tiny and couldn't fit two people in it comfortably. The food was a joke and didn't satisfy anyone in our party!
Friendly, welcoming staff; free ice from machine on the second floor mezzanine; swimming pool (which we didn't use, but judge on the basis of the excited squealing of the younger guests who did); quiet enough setting; ample amt. of soap, shampoo & towels.
Strong smell of cleanser in room req'd airing space out; run down appearance overall (tho ownership appears to be trying to renovate); claustrophobic b'fast room; no fruit with b'fast.
No microwave, or iron
Price was affordable
It was very hard to find the hotel
all of the above.
booked two double beds, ended up with one queen.
had a great trip
For the price was a good value. Right near highway and attractions. Room was comfortable and clean.
Air Conditioning did not work at all so we were very warm. Also continental breakfast had limited options
Location and price
Broken toilet that ran constantly. Towel bar held together with tape.
Convenient to our destination.
Bathroom needed updating and breakfast items left little to be desired.
The location of the Rodeway Inn Lincoln is easily the best thing about it. It is close to Loon and Cannon mountains. The person who greeted me at the desk was the only staff member I saw during my four night stay but she was always available and friendly
Though comfortable, the place is old and it shows. Instead of calling it a free breakfast they should call it free toast with coffee and juice. Still, considering the price and location, it was perfect for a solo midweek ski trip. I had a very nice stay.
The desk staff was courteous.
The site States cable and WiFi; you have a choice of 2 stations( the rest read 'scrambled')and the WiFi was very intermittent- more off than on.
The bathroom was dirty with lots of hair in tub snd on floor. There was not any soap or shampoo products onthe room. Holes In shower did not seem safe or clean. Overall it was ok fir a quick nights stay.
Friendly staff, great rate. Comfortable bed .Warm room on a very cold nite! Convienent to good ski areas.
Breakfast room was locked. I am sure they would have let me in but i was in a hurry to get on the slopes
Loud neighborsNo room in breakfast area
Friendly check in.
Only juice and cold cereal for breakfast
We were allowed to check in early. Adequate simple breakfast. Room was clean. Wi-Fi worked fine. Close to beautiful areas we wanted to visit. TV worked fine. Nice and quiet. Receptionist a bit cold at first, but warmed up later. She was stressedout
Nothing really. For a very reasonable price for this area, what more could you ask for, unless you're looking for luxury for practically nothing. I call people like that unreasonable. You don't get luxury for practically nothing!
Great view of the mountains. Close to all attractions in the area. Big TV with lots of channels.
Room was cold when I arrived. Furnishings dated, towels and sheets dingy. There were small flies in the room. Room could use a deep cleaning and some fresh paint.
Breakfast area was very small, food was still frozen, rate was too high for the accommodations, room was small. Definitely would not stay here again.
Room was adequate and clean.
No heat. Indoor temp during night was in the mid 50's Staff person keyed in another individual to my room. I was awakened at 3AM by a stranger coming into my room. It's very hard to get back to sleep in a hotel room after an experience like that.
For 4 days of dayhikes, where I only needed a place to sleep and shower, was perfect for the price.
We were happy with our experience at this Rodeway. It was about what we expected for the $--- rate we paid. We were just looking for a decent room near the Blues Festival and our favorite breakfast place.
I was displeased that our adult children and friends had to pay more than double what we paid for their rooms after we recommended it. Didn't seem to make much sense and left us all feeling a bit awkward.
It was right off the highway. The breakfast room was a bit small but very efficient. They had a pretty good choice of items.
Good value proposition - comfortable, clean and secure space. We have used it before as 'base camp' for hiking trips; staff is pleasant and helpful. This is not a 'luxury' hotel but rooms are large and bed is comfortable.
