As the region's first adults-only hotel, it impresses with its clean design, modern elegance, and relaxed, exclusive atmosphere – ideal for business trips as well as relaxing short breaks. All rooms feature wooden floors, a ceiling cooling system, underfloor heating, an LED TV, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are suitable for two people only, and children under 16 cannot be accommodated. Public parking is available in an externally operated underground garage with direct access to the hotel. Please note that there is no partnership or discount with the operator. For an additional fee, you can use our secure and video-monitored bicycle storage room, which includes charging facilities for e-bikes. The Linzer Landstraße, the city's most famous shopping street, is just a 3-minute walk away. The main square is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Ars Electronica Center is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Linz Central Station is about a 5-minute drive away, and Linz Airport is about a 20-minute drive away.
