attentiveness of staff and willingness to oblige
Our room had a strange smell which seemed to come from the en suite
the staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible
wedding on the sat night music went on a bit late 1am,could do with a proper bar
Nice, clean hotel with a good size room - mind you, we did book a triple size! Free parking which is always a bonus in London.
Internet stopped working after 2 hours. Was told would be back up in 10 minutes....didnt work for the rest of the evening. Only one channel worked on the tv so decided to take a bath in smelly sewage water! This hotel could be so good if they got the basics right. Mentioned at check-out and just got an apology. If this was £70 a night hotel then it would be fine - but £115 a night?! No thanks.
The location was not bad, and the staff was very friendly
we stayed there for 3 nights 2 nights were spent in room 106 which had a foul sewer smell leak which needs immediate attencion, after complaining to staff we were moved into room 107 which was ok.
Staff were trying to be business like and helpful but facitities were not up to scratch.
General clenliness of rooms/carpets/flooring etc needs attention and upgrading. First room allocated was to noisy on first night and we would certainly have left but for the manager asking us if all was well.
Boarded up windows. Rooms smelt of cigarettes. Weren't allowed to use the bar in the hotel as there was a wedding on.
Receptionist was very helpful and should be commended for her customer service.
We were told at the time of booking that it was very close to wembley stadium. It wasn'T. We even rang the hotel to confirm how far it was. Also the shower and w/c cubicle was very crampt and smelt. The tv remote control had no batteries in it.
currently getting refurbished - after staying in the old part of the hotel i can see why!! £80 per night to stay in a 1970's b&b is ridiculus - 2nd nights stay cancelled - found better hotel 500yds away for £50 per night
dirty rooms - damaged and very old and smelly bathroom - poor selection of breakfasts
Friendly and helpful staff Pleasant bar and restaurant facilities
The room and bathroom is in need of refurbishment and update
