- Easy Check In - Attentive Staff - Best Hotel Food I've Ever Had - Comfortable Room Overall if you want a hotel that's close to the airport, this is a comfortable place.
- This could be a positive for some... but it was too close to the airport. Wasn't much to see around the hotel. - Shower head was broken, but still usable.
Clean and very friendly staff. Right off the airport so great for my overnight connection.
Was a little noise from the other rooms when they were showering, but not too bad.
Nice room, decent breakfast in bed.
VERY loud party in lobby reverberated through hotel until 1am. That was a bummer. Internet was mediocre at best.
Very friendly and helpful staff Free transportation to and from Heathrow
convenience from LHR.
Location and room
Rooms were well appointed.
Hotel experienced both an electrical and water failure during our 12 hour stay! Breakfast was overpriced at 16GBP with no a la carte option.
no power no water no announcements midnight until 9 am
Parking was excellent and bed very comfortable and room / bathroom most satisfactory.
Charge of 4 pounds for the Shuttle bus which was quite a surprise! Coffee pot blew a fuse x 2 when in use causing smoke and TV interruption though the front desk was most speedy in fixing the circuit breaker. Unable to access the wake up call line or so the voice over told me. Otherwise we had a good overnight stay
