The staff was great. Really didn't need the room for more than sleeping one night.

The hot tub was nice.
It was very dirty. Had a lot of bugs, spiders. There was trash by the beds, like chip bags, juice lids. The bedspread had questionable stains on them.
Did not know the rooms were located outside. No access from lobby. Icy, snowy and cold. Walkways not kept clear and dry. Treacherous in spots.
My first clue should have been when they made my reservation for the wrong night. The bedspread had holes burnt in it from cigarettes and was filthy even though it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as well. The upholstery on the chair was dirty and torn and the door fell off the refrigerator. I am quite sure that the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the last guest and there were long, black hairs in the shower. Even you have to sleep in your car, stay away from this motel!!! I have contacted Quality Inn's corporate office and am waiting on a reply. This place should be closed!
location was great
old tv's room seemed dark and a few water bugs.
I stayed there for 1 hour & left. 3 of 4 wash cloths were stained, one with a full facial impression still on it. One pillow case was white, the others were a dingy grey. The bedspread was stained and dirty. I left and found much cleaner accommodations for an equal price. I made several attempts to contact the management to resolve this and get a refund, but they refused to return my calls. I finally complained to the corporate office which forced him to respond with a cursory letter offering 30% off my next stay there. I called again to talk to the manager and he would not return my call. I will not ever stay there again and caution you to avoid the place.
