Rooms are very small, though are typical for London. Room was on a very very noisy road and difficult to sleep
very pleasant stay, just right for the theatre and the shops!
The Hotel was an excellent location for Covent Gardens only 5 mins walk dow the road. The staff were excellent couldnt do enough for you ven upgraded our room for free. Would def return.
There was nothing we didnt like, the breakfast was lovely,hotel was so clean and the staff were Fantastic.

Breakfast not included - £17 extra! Bathroom extractor blower remained on (and noisy) all night Room was blacked out by a flood in the corridor in the early hours of the morning (but at least it silenced the noisy extractor)
-approachable staff, friendly, accomodating, -nice decor of room, clean, good facilities
during night (2.30am) air conditioning was not functioning properly, room became extremely hot and unbearable and i was unable to open window however staff extremely helpful, altho could not fix the aircon they offered me a new room which was cooler
