Recently refurbished; quality fittings in bathroom; single room is small but everything u need is there - laptop-fit safe box, cattle for tea/coffee; hairdryer, individual air-con. Location is great 2 min from tube with District and Picadilly lines suitable for most of places of interest, 5 min to London overground to Westfield shopping mall; 15 min to Victoria. Plenty of places to eat nearby. They stored luggage the day of departure.
Heavy draught from closed window, but with additinal blanket (provided by default!) no problem to sleep. Did not touch breakfast because there is a cheaper offer in a pub nearby.
The hotel's location is quite good. The tube-station Earl's Court is just around the corner and there one can jump on a train of the District/Circle Line or the Piccadilly Line. The latter is also the line for going to Heathrow Airport. Besides, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the room's interior was quite modern.
I had a single room and it was very very small. My bed was standing in front of the window, where it was a bit cold but the blankets helped a lot. Furthermore, I didn't like the small breakfast-room. One had to get up early and be lucky to get a seat, otherwise guests had to wait for a table. I also didn't like the TV-programme in the breakfast-room with a kind of MTV-channel which annoyed me a bit. According to the price, I expected something more comfortable and 'classy'.
excellent decor , good location
small room , small breakfast area , staff functional
good location and breakfast, free internet
Definitely not four stars hotel, just freshly renovated bed and breakfast. I would like not recommend rooms on basement.
The room was very clean. The bathroom was immaculate. The breakfast service was rather varied. Did not hear any noises from the street or other guests.
The bed was minuscule and the covers did not even reach my shoulders. Moving around the room required putting everything away and planning ahead.
This is a very good and recently renovated hotel. All the facilities are in place, has a free Internet access, close to the tube, personnel is nice and helpful. Breakfast was good as well although people in the breakfast room have to learn at some point to be nicer and to smile :)) Rooms are small but sufficient and very cosy
Excellent fit-out and reasonably good breakfast, efficient staff polite and attentive
No bar or restaurant was a disappointment
Excellent cleanliness, brand new furnishings, luxurious finishings, value for money @ £65 per night per room
Very small room but not really a problem for purpose of visit, miserable breakfast staff but breakfast was nice
I was unable to book online and had to telephone to complete the booking.
Price, near underground
Room was just refurbished but the dust from the wood sawing wasn't cleaned up well.
