Pros (+) The front staff (Shafit?) was very helpful and friendly and always nice to us. The location was wonderful and close to Kensington Gardens/Palace and a few underground stations. The breakfast was small but nice.
Cons (-) The room was very small, which is fine we dont need much space, however you could barely sit on the toilet and close the door. Again thats not really a big deal because who stays in the hotel on vacation, except the bathroom smelled HORRIBLE. It spread and made the whole room smell terrible and it was really hard to stay in the room because of the stink. The room was also on the top floor, and the...
