City London Hotel

The hotel staff is spectacular - the receptionists, cleaning staff and those responsible for breakfast are all very friendly and professional. The staff is always very kind and ready to help.

The room was clean, warm and well equipped with amenities. The bathroom was also very clean and the towels were soft. The hotel offers amenities and gifts, such as mineral water, sweets, cookies, apples, and teas, which combined with the friendliness of the staff makes this hotel very special.

The breakfast was decent, and the hotel offers a 'full English Breakfast' with turkey rashers instead of bacon, a weird sausage, and two runny fried eggs. Tea or Coffee is provided together with fresh fruit juices, or a continental breakfast. Additionally, there is a coffee shop available.

The only thing that would make this review a 10/10 would be Free Parking. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer free parking.

The hotel is in a good location to access the main attractions in London. The neighborhood seems a little bit sketchy, but overall, it feels safe. The hotel is very well located and is close to public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.

If you prefer fewer crowds, consider visiting in February, which is the hotel's low season.
