The location was good, especially it's within close proximity to a shopping mall and a bus hub, the room was clean in general.
the corridors were smelly, breakfast was average and the dominant use of disposable catering is consciously wrong.
Great staff, price, room, and over all experience. Staff was always courteous and going the extra step. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. I would recommend this place for sure.
the TV is wonderful. location is good.
the room is small and there is fire station near the hotel. a little noisy
I really loved the poolI really liked everything about this hotel the only down fall for me was I found hair on the TOWLES other then that it was a perfect little place
Clean spacious room in which everything was relatively new and worked. Plenty of parking. A great value.
The concierge was friendly and professional, but the hotel seemed understaffed at the front desk. Vending machines were not regularly restocked and it's not the best neighborhood for late night shopping.
Our deluxe queen room was very spacious.Overall it was a good place to stay for the value. But I was a little disappointed with the free breakfast. When I stayed at the hotel last year the breakfast was great and I enjoyed the variety. This year, the breakfast had the typical juices, fruits, the different breads, and the waffles. It was still good but not great. For me one of the best part of this hotel was the great breakfast.
A whole lot.Hotel room was ok. Location was so so. Don't walk around at night that's for sure. The hotel tells you they don't charge until you get there but they lie. They charge in the early morning and if there are no funds they will take your room away and Cancel your reservation. They'll offer you a worse room for same price. We found out during our stay that they had done this to more that 7 people there. What they do is find a way to cancel your reservation so they can sell the room to someone else for a higher price and offer you a much worse room. I would advise everyone to not stay here. Oh and there is not enough parking spaces for everyone in the hotel to Park their cars. Only plus is that they have 3 EV charging spots.
A reasonable free breakfast was provided each day, though seating space was very limited. Rooms were decent and clean.
They only have parking for about half of the available rooms making it impossible to park at the hotel after 10:00 PM.The lack of parking makes this place not recommended. I had to park 3 blocks away in some of the worst ghetto in LA after midnight because there was no parking available at the hotel (in spite of them charging me for it). I did not appreciate having to dodge a drunken individual who was threatening their girlfriend and finding that my car had been keyed the following morning. The rooms are cheap, but it's not worth it.
The front desk was very nice and attentive. Free breakfast every morning.
Room 121 had a nonfunctional AC, very hot. Custodial staff was rude and acted very snooty. We stayed in this 'hotel' last year when it was formerly the Comfort Inn. Surprisingly, the 'inn' was a way better experience than when it upgraded to 'hotel'. We were put in room 121, which had a nonfunctional AC, it kept blowing hot air the entire day. We asked the front desk to look into it, they promised that the maintenance team would be by in the morning. Next day, at noon, we stopped by the front on our way out, and upon mentioning the problem, the lady phoned for maintenance (why didn't she do so earlier?). I was in town for Anime Expo and it was HORRIBLE getting into costumes when your room was HOTTER than outside (we might as well take blankets and sleep outside). After the Con, we ordered pizza to the room & came back at 5 PM, and once again was blasted with hot air when ...
