We loved the comfortable bed and the bath. The elevators are iconic and much faster than expected.
friendly staff, great location
$40 per night parking charge was not disclosed. Bathroom sink broken. Small rooms.
The view was great and the staff was wonderful.
The parking fee was $40. I think even in express deals if parking is upwards of $20 the should be a heads up given.I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel. But a $40 parking fee will have me looking at othere hotels first when I go back to that area.
Nice rooms, very nice bathrooms. Location in middle of LA is good if you are going to be in different areas of the city/region.
Valet is $40 per day, kind of pricey, but service was good.
I loved the location and the ambiance. It was a wonderfully appointed hotel with more than its share of attractive qualities.
The gift shop closed too soon so we couldn't purchase drinks past 9. It would have been better to have it close at 10 p.m. for those of us who went out for dinner. The Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles is an ideal hotel for anyone who wants to stay directly in downtown L.A. Its beautiful lobby offers a lot of space for exhausted travelers who want to take a breather before heading to their rooms. (By the way, the trips up to the rooms are also pretty cool - the elevators offer an amazing view of Los Angeles!) As for the rooms themselves, our room was more than adequate. The beds were indeed 'heavenly' and the free water was much appreciated. The shower, with its spa showerhead, was also a treat! I enjoyed staying at the Bonaventure Hotel and look forward to returning sometime soon.
just about parking. that was so expensive for hotel customer. it shouldnt be 40 us.i would recommend this hotel fortunately
Friendly and helpful staff, great location.

Expensive valet parking.Everybody was nice, except one lady at the front desk. Good location and clean facility. Valet parking cost way too much, $40/night for overnight guest.
The food overall, we ate late dinner at the lobby, the dishes were better than expected. The beds were amazing, Westin knows how to pick mattresses and the linens...
The lobby is huge with lots of shops and more space but somehow it looks very dull and boring. Many empty shops with empty windows. I wish they did something to avoid the airport business hotel atmosphere.I have seen better hotels with a 4 star but thanks to Priceline, I am never disappointed. It was a one night stay with my mother so I really didn't care about the looks. It was just not cozy and warm or I am just a soccer mom, not a businessman who cares so much about the looks.
Clean, great rooms, great location, staff was helpful
