Convenient to airport.
Afternoon coffee and tea stupid expensive
Room was clean and well-presented and bathroom came with nice toiletries and fluffy towels. Front desk staff were very helpful when we found we had left our toothbrushes behind they had toothbrushes to us within 5 minutes! Airport/train transport was quick and efficient.
Given its proximity to the airport it would be helpful to have in-room USB charging. We had left our plug converters with family and were unable to charge our phones/devices till we returned to the US.
Good shuttle to airport.
Service in the bar was poor. Wifi in room had weak/intermittent signal and was unusable.
I liked the plentiful hot water and good toiletries. I enjoyed the quietness of the room. The airport "shuttle bus" service was EXCELLENT. It was prompt and courteous. HOWEVER - it would have been useful if I had been informed about the shuttle service when I made my reservation. There is NO information at the railway station and the hotel "hotline" phones are in disrepair which meant that I had to wander around quite late at night looking for information that would direct me to the HILTON .
The bathroom sink did NOT empty out - there was 'standing water' for a considerable length of time before it finally drained away. The bed mattress was not particularly comfortable and the skimpy bottom sheet kept pulling out of place - it needs to be a fitted sheet. The TV instructions were a little confusing - I never did figure out the "Morning wake-up call" system.

Even though you can see the hotel from the Airport terminal, it is difficult to walk to as there are some roads in the way which are difficult to cross. In the evening you must ring the hotel for the shuttle to fetch you. Difficult if you do not have a mobile.
Easy access from motorway network. Easy parking and very helpful staff. I've stayed twice and would definitely stay again.
The food at dinner was inconsistent . For example one starter was wrong and the fruit salad was low quality and terribly presented. On the other hand main courses were good - inconsistent for a brand of Hilton's reputation.
Good hotel, quiet and restaurant on site. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Would stay again.

Requested a wheelchair accessible room online, when I checked in was told that hotel did not have any, was given a room that was very nice but the bathroom/bedside lights did not work & there was no hot water. Also, I requested a bath, there was only a shower that I was unable to use from my wheelchair. On a previous visit I used the courtesy shuttle bus with a wheelchair ramp to/from the airport. When I did the same this time was told that shuttle bus was no longer available & hadn't been replaced. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly
