Great service and friendly staff. The one bedroom suites are exceptional. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast menu was really good as well. Comfortable rooms, the feeling of at home. Breakfast was good. The buffet choices were just right. Best location, value for money and exceptional service! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a vibrant neighborhood. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining it. The view from my room was also impressive, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Our family stayed in the three bedroom apartment for three nights and four days. The Ascott provided outstanding service during our recent stay at the hotel. From the moment we checked in until our departure, the experience was nothing short of exceptional and what would be expected from the Ascott. The attention to detail, courtesy of the staff, and overall ambiance exceeded my mother's expectations. It's evident that the Ascott team is dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for guests. Second time for me and my family to have holiday staycation at Ascott. Significant improvement in the buffet breakfast considering volume of guests. Great service from the staff specially in assisting us with a toddler. Complete facilities in the kitchen and pillows/beds were fantastic for quality sleep. Our stay at this property was fantastic! The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The room is clean and spacious. It’s one of those hotel that you can’t wait to go back to because of the service, the room and the people. Despite the number of people during our stay, the people were very accommodating and always smiling. Very good location and near the 5th avenue and high street mall. Inside the room, I love that they provide water dispenser inside the room already and complimentary ice inside the refrigerator. Overall great place to stay at. Great location for short walk distances to many food and amenities.

You could hear your neighbors. Outdoor swimming pool is not heated. Not enough vegetarian options in the hotel menu. Pool was too cold. The spa, not really nice massage. My hair smells after having breakfast in the coffee shop due to bad ventilation. Everything including the awful food that took 3 and a half hours to deliver. Cold and unhygienic. Check out time took too long on 2 Jan, I checked out before 7am, so no pressure on check out staff. Curtains and carpets are dusty and seriously needs intensive cleaning or replacement, since my toddler and myself had allergy attacks due to carpet shedding (we had fur balls in the living room every morning). Sheer curtain had dirty gray ends showing dust accumulation. I hope Ascott can pay attention to these improvement areas that are not good for guests with history of asthma. The rooms need more tidying, the hotel manager should ensure the rooms are well kept the sheets and beds are dirty i can feel the dust. Public transport (Grab, Taxi) was difficult. Swimming pool is spacious but tiles in jacuzzi needs improvement already. Breakfast buffet needs much improvement in terms of food variety and quality.
