quite far from everything
When I booked this hotel, i ask for early check-in of one room at 10am. Same was confirmed over phone call. However hotel staff let my colleague wait till 1pm, after his 12 hours flight.
Even though the room was small it was very comfortable having everything needed there, it has a good location sorrounded with many restaurants or places to shop at a reasonable price.
I appreciated one of the evening hotel front desk employee's, "Kristine" who was exceptional in her service and friendliness. She went out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately, she's no longer works at the hotel.
Yes, plenty...the hotel served a fair breakfast in the morning, but the menu never changed. Over cooked eggs, stale white sandwich bread and extremely salty bacon. The hotel did not serve lunch or dinner. The hotel was very hot and stuffy in the rooms, the towel warmer pipe leaked from the ceiling when in use. Also, while I was there the hotel internet went out over the weekend. The menu prices for the snacks and beverages they offered were far from inexpensive. Overall, I would assess this hotel as a two star, certainly not the three stars displayed at the entrance. Good for overnight stay but not extended stays.
The hotel is in a good location with a free parking next to it. They serve a very good and tastey breakfast included in the room's price.
The rooms are very small and remind in their decoration a youth hostel more then a a 3 stars hotel. The access to the rooms is not comfortable as well and although there is an elevator you have to climb stairs along the hotel corridors in order to reach your room.
