Overall the hotel is not suitable for Family.
Hotel hosts too many events makes the travelers very uncomfortable.
I loved how clean and beautiful it was inside
I did not like that the side doors were open all night long. When we arrived at our hotel later on in the night around midnight the side door D was open you did not need the key card to get into the hotel. When I try to call the front desk nobody answered
I like nothing. At booking, this property was rated 3 stars. After seeing the place, I rate is a low 1.
The room smelled and was visibly dirty. The carpet was un-vacuumed. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom. The toilet ran water full time. The sink faucet leaked all over the counter. The bed was old and several pillowcases were unchanged.
quiet, good nights sleep, clean, comfortable bed,
Walk from elevator, MUCH too long. Stairs were closer only by 50ft. Being a senior & having arthritis,a full flight of stairs, too much. If I had to carry my luggage to my room I couldn't do it. Did have younger people. Wouldn't stay again. poor layout.
It wasn't very updated. Had a weird smell.
The air conditioning didn't work. Bedding was at least 5 years old. The towels could be seen through. Time to reduce to 1 or 2 stars. Invest in your property.
was easy access to our room. Bar/restaurant checking in.
room should have been cleaner for the price we paid.didnt honor aaa discount because of a concert.
Patio door to public pool did not lock. No free breakfast option
It was clean, comfortable, and close to the venue I was going to
Room phones didn't work, breakfast staff was TERRIBLY slow in getting us a bill when we were ready to leave. Next time I'd order breakfast from the menu, not the bar.
Great location, nice staff. good price. Will recommend it to friends. Would love to visit again.
I liked everything
The swimming pool as the center courtyard with rooms surrounding it was nice, and the pool was larger than most indoor motel pools, though we wished for daylight (skylights, windows somewhere) in there.Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in need of renovations.
that there are only two bath towels in the room. When a couple is traveling a girl needs to wash her hair! So poor hubby has to dry off with a hand towel, which tends to make him grumpy!!!
Indoor balcony, restaurants
Extremely dated, smell of chlorine from pool was everywhere.
The room with a king bed, well laid out very nice
The ac unit dripped condensate in the room
no complimentry breakfast
It was pretty.
The breakfast food wasn't very good and service was subpar. Housekeeping knocked on and opened door at 8:30am when we didn't answer fast enough, waking us up.
Not very clean. breakfast wasn't good for the price.
The check inperson, young man with long hair was super freindly, but the cleaning lady in the morning couldn't even bother to say goodmorning.
Room was dark and depressing, uncomfortable pillows and hardly any water in bathroom faucet. Not even a glass in the bathroom so you could fill a cup and rinse your mouth.
Clean, polite and professional staff, suitable location, bed comfortable, nice indoor pool - a good experience overall.
Low ceilings in the bathroom, I'm 6'4 and If I was any taller I'd hit my head on the sprinklers.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They worked with a local shuttle service to get us to and from the NFL Football game quickly.
The room overall looked clean. However, when I tried to use an additional wall socket, it wasn't secure and realized how much dust was around.
older hotel, needs updated
older hotel, needs updated
Great location, easy access to major highway.
the bed was way to soft
The hotel was way too loud. There was music in the large common area until 12:30am then I could hear the TV from the next room for hours. I barely got any sleep.
Friendly helpful staff.
It was not a 2 1/2 or 3 star at all. The hotel appeared to be a converted convalescent home. Was not comfortable with the look or smell of the room.
Was booked in a smoking king.needed non smoke two doubles. Glad they had it -
10.24.13 The room we were assigned to #232 had no hot water in the bathroom sink and the thermostat was not working. Not only didn't we have heat, we were freezing the whole night!!!!!!! In addition, it was a smoking room in a smoking section
The heated salt water pool is amazing. Like swimming in the Pacific.
No fridge in the room, uncomfortable beds and very loud heater.
I wanted to take a trip in to Boston using the train. I wish the staff would have known that there is no possible way to park for the day at the station and that we should have taken a taxi. We missed our day in Boston which was hugely disappointing.
There were parties continuing on and off all night into early morning in adjacent rooms that kept us up all night. Strong odor of partying in the room for a good part of the night. I made many calls to the front desk during the night. Hotel and their security apparently could do nothing to controll the noise and partying. The police had to visit the hotel at least once in the early morning hours in an attempt to stop the noise.
My experience at this hotel was disapointing. The room I was given had no heat, the repairman knew of the existing problem. I was moved to another room, whcih found me standing in ankle deep water in the shower. I was asked if I wanted it repaired, which I said no to, as my daughter and a friend were sleeping in the room. They sent someone up, who walked right into the room and scared the out of them. The room was eqipped with 'just enough' soap, shampoo and towels for 3 people. While I found the staff helpfull, management was ill-eqippped to resolve these issues in a functional way. I di not feel welcomed as a guest. I will not return to this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Thefood was excellent. This was a grweat place to stay fater the Patriots game so that we didn't have to sit forever on I-95. Just be sure you don't park in P-10 north at Gillette if you are come from the north. You need to park in P-10 south ot you will not be able to go south on rt. 1 when leaving the lot.
My room was in pretty rough shape. (Amateur drywall repair in the bathroom, absolutely filthy carpets in the corridor, overall second class feel to the property.) My co-workers stayed at the Courtyard, and I really regret I didn't stay there as well. To heck with the per diem. I don't live in a dump, so I shouldn't have to stay in a dump when I travel on business.
