It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The one person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The location worked perfectly for me.
The elevator was slow getting up to my fifth-floor stop. The Mansfield Red Roof is quiet, clean, and convenient, and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room has a table and two chairs as well as the beds, and a small coffeemaker. There's no breakfast, but coffee is available in the lobby any time. I would stay here again.
cheaper than other hotels in the area. They allow pets!
bed sheets were not very clean
Price was the driving factor and location was great as well
It is located in a business park so locations to eat were minimalThe hotel is perfect if you are looking for a budget hotel while attending an event at Gillette stadium.
Everything was clean and the staff was pleasant. It was a nice gesture for the front staff to call up to our room after we were settled to see if there was anything we needed. First time ever anywhere.
I was very pleased with the room and found the employees very helpful.
I wish there was direction to local shop and places to get a meal.well run and I would not hesitate to book again with this company.
Distance to/from the Comcast Center
Security/safetyOur hotel room was broken into when we left our room for a few hours in the evening to attend a concert- when we returned, we found chip crumbs all over our floor as well as our items rifled through but the intruder left behind their car keys (our evidence). I explained this situation to the woman at the front desk and she was very apologetic but was unable to answer my question as to how someone got into our hotel room without the proper key. I am thinking that the keys are universal- she assured me that that is not the case... Obviously not the safest or most secure place to stay unless you like unexpected guests making themselves at home in your hotel room.
Everything! The staff was cold. The elevator got stuck. When we called the desk they said a service man was coming next week. Thank God the elevator finally opened.Found a deodorant under the bed that wasn't ours. The stairs were filthy.9:30 an NO COFFEE!The staff was cold. The elevator got stuck.
