The staff was friendly and helpful
a/c did not seem to be cold enough
Very clean, friendly staff and beds were awesome!
Rail road noise.
Conveniently located just off the highway and near a supermarket. It was clean and everything I needed. The staff was very friendly.
The internet was, at times, slow and the T.V. would occasionally lose signal for a couple minutes. There was a little mold over the shower.
The 'complementary' breakfast consisted of cereal and bread. Very weak even for a Baymont.
Price was low.
Room had distinct smoky smell, had to leave window open it smelled so bad! Very noisy because of close proximity to busy road. Carpeting in hallways lumpy, a tripping hazard.
Upholstered chairs could use replacing. So dirty and worn afraid to sit on for fear of catching something.
Nice breakfast, fast internet, plenty of parking, good location.
Comforter on bead had stains and the blanket smelled, both should have been changed. Sheets were worn. The room had a smell, we left the window open for six hours and that helped some what. The air conditioner gave off a musty smell. Carpets dirty.
Pleasant surprise given the market. I think they are a great alternative for a very good value in their star rating. They aim to please.
Nice room for the price. Everything seemed clean. The whirlpool worked great.
Just a typical hotel. No frills. Got what we expected. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, and the staff/service wasn't great.
It was clean and comfortable.
Train tracks right next to the hotel. Trains go through blaring their horn at midnight and at 5:00,am! Hard to sleep with that.
Staff was very courteous and went out of way to be helpful.
Breakfast and public seating area
Unable to control the heat overnight
We liked that it was near all the stores that we needed & that they had breakfast.
The man at the front desk had an accent & was hard to understand.
Hotel room was clean and quiet-(except for the train sound which I loved) The breakfast was good.
Friendly staff, seemed clean and breakfast was good
My only complaint about this hotel was the smell. Even though everything seemed clean, their was a very bad smell throughout. Either body odors or curry, couldn't tell, but not pleasant.
It is NOT the Baymont Inn at Green Bay which truly stank. This place was just musty.
The second floor bathtub/shower didn't drain properly. Plus, you're right next to the railroad crossing, so guess what every freight train (and there were a few) is required by law to do as they approached the crossing? Honk loudly.
Very clean, management was great
Location, we were thirty feet from the train t. I hate seeing employees on their smartphones when customers are around!rack, and the train blows it's whistle twice during the night
The staff seemed to interfere with our stay
Staff very nice and helpful
Located right next to railroad tracks. Train went through 4 times during the night. Unfortunately my room located on railroad side.
Friendly staff, free parking, free breakfast. Rooms were clean. A/C and TV worked fine.
Getting to a hotel was a bit tedious. Hallway and entrance smelled weird , filled with some kind of obnoxious over-powering odor. Fortunately, kitchen didn't smell anything bad. Next to freeway and rail tracks, resulting in loud train whistles at 3 AM.
Very close to the highway and easy to find.Friendly, serviceable and polite staff.Well laid out, comfortable rooms.Cleaning staff does it job well.
The rooms that face the highway are not sufficiently sound proof: there is quite a bit of noise coming through. The warm blanket smelled a bit (of cigarette?) and was a bit it itchy.
