It was clean. 99% staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and service overall was very good.
Entrance and exit to the hotel when exiting I 495 heading West.
It was clean, comfortable, had a pool, helpful staff and perfect location for what I needed.
The white flour type of breakfast.... but I am very picky and didn't expect to find anything I would eat.
Convenience to main thoroughfare.
Clerk at check-in was texting while waiting on me. Used guest laundry, and selected cold water wash/delicate cycle, my clothes were steaming hot when I took them out of washer. Colors had bled and two shirts are now ruined.
Pool was small, breakfast was not early enough was 7am needed 6 am
Staff was friendly was offered an upgrade with no hassle
No, everything I needed was provided
Prank calls to the room all hours of the night and hotel mgmt did nothing about it
Nice swimming pool and clean/comfortable room.
The staff were amazing! From check in to check out the staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Good location!
The room's heating system could be upgraded.
Price.we stayed there many times and never payed over --- we payed -----
Very nice staff member greets you. Rooms are very clean. Good location
We were sent to the 3rd floor at the very end of the hotel. When we got there wehad only one bed. We had to walk all the way back with all our luggage. HOWEVERthe woman at the desk was so appologetic and helpful we didn't get upset.
The staff and the location was.
A few stains on the rugs and heating system wasnt that comfortable.
Visibility on hill Comfort Usual amenities of Holiday Inn
Exercise area - poor TV videoExercise area - equipment not well managedPoor signage at street level
Beds and pillows were comortable
Room needed some repair - door, wallpaper. Breakfast could use upgrading
Friendly staff and large comfortable rooms
Small counter area in bathroom and house cleaning did not give us for second day there.
location and value
Convenience to interstate and cleanliness
Our room was very hot when we arrived. The air conditioner was right next to the bed, and blew cold air directly on us, even after adjusting, the room was still uncomfortably warm
the room construction going on upstairs or the man & the woman playing in the hallway, the paper thin walls I could hear an entire phone conversation going on at 6 in the morning in the next room
The restaurant staff very fun and great.
Well the morning front desk guy trying to pick up my boy friend isn't very professional. Sept 1 2014. Asking for his number and then texting him four hours later is classless.
It was ok.
Horrible management. Don't deal with customers well. Doors didn't lock. Huge security issue
On two occasions we had to call for coffee because none was left for us. We ran out of toilet paper before we left. On our last day, someone knocked on our door at 8am to tell us that we were to check out.
not a 3 star. tv was HD but not channels so picture poor. no stand for suitcase, broken hanger for clothes on bathroom door, smoke detector electrically surface mounted as afterthought. room door lock malfunction.
The room was very clean. The Front desk staff gave us a fridge without charging because we had a baby with us. Staff was very friendly.
The heater was very load and ran constantly. Ordinarily they charge for having a fridge in the room, something that has typically been included in the price at most similar hotels.
lack of towels for second night!!
They billed us, instead of billing Priceline!!! Had to make numerous calls to get it right, now have to wait for a credit to appear on my account!!
Cleanliness of room, good breakfast
Priceline needs to communicate to hotel options elected during reservation. For example, the hotel had no idea I chose and paid for the free breakfast option. The staff was nice enough to honor my word and did not charge the extra fees.
Friendly staff, decent towels and linens.
Needs maintenance - lots of stains on the carpet, older badly lit pool area, cracked tile, etc.
The hall ways to the rooms was way to hot. Also could not get any ice out of any of the ice machines on any floor.
Upon arriving for a hockey tournament I was rudely informed by the security guard out front smoking a cigarette that I could not take my son's hockey sticks into the hotel. Why would a hotel book a hockey team if they do not want us to bring our gear in? The room had only two shallow drawers under the TV to put clothes and no other shelves. The closet space had only two hangers and they were quite rude when we called down to ask for more. The pool was out of service the first couple of days and the breakfast they gave us was pathetic.
Rooms are spacious and clean, front desk staff friendly and helpful. Pool area nice.
Lovely, modern room, comfortable bed. Helpful, friendly staff. Sleek, modern lobby. We were very happy with the hotel and plan on staying there on our next visit to the Boston area.
I really liked this hotel! this hotel is still being renovated but i believe most of it is completed. Our room was very modern and clean. They brought us up a crib for free. The beds were plush and a pleasure to sleep on. I would definitely recommend this hotel! HOWEVER- just do not get the room service. I bought 3 items off room service and for our $* bill the food was semi cold when it arrived and was aweful.. The complimentary breakfast in the hotel was GREAT!!!
Booked this hotel months in advance for Boston Marathon. Stayed on 4/19/09 for one night. The hotel is currently under renovation. The room itself is clean and modern. We requested wake up call at 7:30AM, but got a call at 4:30AM instead. Then, another wake up call at 7:50AM. At around 9 AM, the construction started upstair, above our room, constantly hammering the ceiling. The ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order. The coffee machine in our room missing a pot, so we used the foam cup to collect coffee. My husband ate breakfast in the hotel, food and service was so so. There is a coffee station outside the restaurant, but close after 10AM. All in all, we will stay away from this hotel.
