The fitness area
The room was not as clean as it should have been
Only negative was not being aware when booking that the hotel was pet friendly. Not a problem but should be in description.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
The breakfast was really basic, but that was okay with my traveling group and we knew that before booking the hotel.Nice hotel,,, relatively new, so everything is very clean and well kept. The location is easy to access from the interstate and parking is no problem. I visit this area multiple times a year and this is one of the best places to stay in Marshall.

Breakfast & broken water feature in lobbyI have stayed at this hotel several times since it opened a few years ago. The staff is always friendly and hotel is very clean and comfortable.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good!
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with a contemporary feel.
Told by night staff remotes were missing in several rooms(including mine). TV could not be operated manually. Desk staff offered to LEND me the one she was using to watch TV with, to put my TV on the channel I wanted (but was told I had to bring it back)Overall pleasant stay.
noEveryone was friendly the room temperature was great and the beds were really comfortable. Felt very safe at the location and everything in the hotel looks new. Enjoyed my stay very much!!
It's hard to find anything I liked because it was such a miserable experience but the morning clerk was helpful and pleasant.
Absolutely everything else was more than terrible.The manager was uncooperative and argumentative. They were overbooked by 10 rooms. LQ blamed Priceline. Humid and muggy room. Internet didn't work. Key cards never worked. Tv didn't work at first. Untrained and condescending night desk clerk. I could go on but not enough characters left.
