Location and staff.
The free breakfast had no meat.
Upon arrival, I was notified by the staff on duty that we had been upgraded to a suite for no charge. The room was huge. Beds were comfortable and the pool was very clean and nice. Breakfast was great (and included in room price). Will definitely be back.
The fitness center was small and had only cardiovascular equipment.
The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good.
Indoor pool and complementary breakfast
Entry cards did not work well
My brother reserved this room for me and was told I couldpay when I checked in but then his card was charged...
Public spaces were nice
Sharing elevator with houskeeping staff- guest control of the elevator was overriden by housekeeping. The decor of the hotel on the floors was a little shabby. Carpet was dirty and decorative accessories looked tired. My room had a very stale odor to it.
The housekeeper didn't change our sheets when there was clearly blood on them.
Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. Location
It was easy to find.
I was supposed to have a fridge and I did not. I do not feel this hotel was worth the price that we paid. We will probably not stay again for that price.
We would like to have had a small refridgerator in the room, My husband is a diabetic and we would like to have put his insulin in a refridg.
I have stayed at this hotel previously while working in the area and on 05/15/2012 I attempted to stay again. Upon asking for a room I was told that their computer was 'on system wide lock down' and they couldn't sell rooms. I had to stay at the Days Inn down the road. The Day's Inn is in pretty rough shape but is a lot cheaper. I find it hard to believe that a chain as large as Hilton would not have some type of backup for local checkin's.
