Pros (+) Not a single thing. Your company double charged me for a room, I’ll never see that money again and im done booking with you.
Cons (-) Kayak charged me for the wrong day and won’t refund me, the hotel was in disrepair. The sink didn’t work and the guy at the front desk argued with me about it. The faucet in the bathtub was also falling off. I will stay exclusively at Airbnb’s now. I’m done with kayak and super 8

Pros (+) It was close to the convention that I needed to attend. The water for the shower was nice and hot. The parking was easily accessible. The breakfast bar had cereal and hot gravy & biscuits, juices, & coffee.
Cons (-) Previous reports of bedbugs in Cincinnati made me anxious, so I looked all over the bed/bedding, and the room. I wasn't able to find any. But overall, it was very dirty. Somebody lost/left a pair of socks that I found under the bed by the headboard. There was powder (?) and other dirt, lint, etc., on the floor. Pros (+) Great location, right next to the tennis center. Free shuttle was nice. Good value.
Cons (-) Only stocked with enough coffee for one person. Trouble with key card working. Glob of toothpaste in sink.
