Pros:The hotel was great . I loved that there was security 24/7 .it was peaceful and quite. I will defenetly come back.
Cons:Only thing i did not like was that the carpet was very dirty . It looks clean but when my kida were barefooted walking around the carpet after taking i bath as the were laying in bed there feet were black from how dirty it was. Also the last day i called room service to notify that their was no more toillete paper in our restroom who ever cleaned our room didnt leave extra roolls .when i calle they said they were going to send someone and no one never showed up. Also update the pics on the internet the hotel looks nothing like the pic.
Pros:This has become our go-to stay when in Mexicali. We enjoy the breakfast buffet, and pool every time.
Cons:We don't like the change of the Bar & Grill. It's taken on more of an American style, to the point where they don't even have local Mexican beer or spirits. When I visit Mexicali, I don't want to have American drinks or have the 'experience'.
Pros:I like the location, security.
Cons:The pool is small and in the wrong location ( by car entrance). It needs to be moved to a more private and safer location
Pros:Rooms were clean
Cons:Stay here two times. Bad experience both times. First time there was some kind of baseball tournament. At 5am kids were outside room yelling and chanting teams name. You can here everything outside. Second stay at around 3am a fight broke out and once again you can here everything. This hotel is located too close to the club scene so if peace and quite is what you want I would not stay here! To much partiers staying at this hotel. People have no courtesy at early morning. Yelling and talking like it was 1:00pm. This could be a good hotel if they can control the roudy crowd. One more thing they'd have two bars located at the hotel so that makes it even worse! Not for family's. I also told the front counter and all I got was we are sorry for the inconvenience.
