The hotel's design was nice but is seriously run down
The hotel was filled with very noisy groups of young people. Many things didn't work and the staff just didn't care

The room, amenities and prices were all wonderful. We've stayed here 3 times over this year and it's been wonderful each time!
Night shift staff was a little unorganized on checkin which was abnormal per our last experiences. Valet was difficult to locate, no help was offered with bags, and the front desk forgot our IDs, credit cards and the process took longer and involved more waiting than normal.
Absolutely nothing - It was the most atrocious hotel I have ever stayed at.
They charged me for a 2 bedroom room and gave me 2 beds in one room - and will not return emails requesting this to be fixed. Charge of $2900 for 4 nights - completely unnacceptable. It was filthy and dark and dingy, fire alarms going off constantly in the middle of the night, rude reception staff, a bathroom door that wouldnt close. Every time i walked through the reception someone was complaining... this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, and I travel 20 weeks out of the year.
The staff were extremely helpful and supportive of our stay intention (which was to party and enjoy Miami Beach) and the location (one street back from the beach) second to none for the price we paid. The rooms were freshly renovated with immaculate decor with plenty of space and all the necessities needed for a great weeks stay. Thoroughly recommend and will be staying there again if we return.
The location of the hotel.
1. air conditioning did not work and leaked in room. 2. there was no mini bar menu provided. 3. the hallway was run-down and dark. 4. the room did not feel clean. 5. lack of facilities (i.e., pool, gym, bar, restaurant, etc).
The staff in paticular Terrance and Patricia made our 2 week visit very pleasurable. They were extremelly helpful and we will miss them dearly. The rooms were excellent especially for a group of people who dont want to be restricted to a hotel room only - having a lounge and kitchen area made things so much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Very conveniently located close to the beach and to all the nightlife. Interior is very cosy, and very quiet although if in the middle of the action. Very handy if you want to have a snack/breakfast (kitchen), enough space to work, or receive a couple of guests for a drink. Nice modern furniture, great TVs. Feels like home.Friendly staff.
There is no real hotel lobby
The staff was horrible! The absolute worst service we ever had. They claimed we had no reservation, charged us $1.15 cents per call for numerous local calls that never connected because of a weird dialing protocal completely unique to them and no dialing instructions on the phone, double charged our credit card (pre-payment and then claiming no prepayment), wake-up call 1 hour late (run for plane!
The lack of small face towels. And housekeeping came in too frequently.
