Front Desk staff made great accommodation for my early arrival and made quite sure I was well taken care of. Restuarant breakfast of Corned Beef Hash & Eggs was spectacular.
Professional and courteous staff, wonderful bedlinens, large well- equipped bathrooms, extremely quiet hotel. Outside a large, nicely warm pool. Remember this is not a beach hotel, you are among the skyscraper financial buildings on Brickell Av but the service is outstanding as are the views and there are plenty of good restaurants/cafes in the area.
The hotel was very luxurious, mable lobbies, marble bathrooms. Beautiful views of Miami bay. One could have lived in the bathoon it was so big and plush.
The room service menu was expensive, however we were not too surprised at this as the hotel was definately upmarket & luxurious
