We chose it because it had a big parking lot and we were towing a big boat. We did get a good spot to park, but it wouldn't be a guarantee since many spaces were filled and this was off season. The restaurant had a pretty good salad bar. Enough for a meal
We also chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and we had our small dog with us. Nice except there was no mention of the $30.00 charge for a pet which we thought was extremely excessive.Rooms were decent sized and clean and modern enough. Good overall value for the price. A little difficult to get to if you dont come in on hwy 68
king size bed was super comfy...towels and linens were fresh and clean...the DVD player came in handy, as did the in-room mini fridge...more than enough electrical outlets for all the in-room electronics, as well as both of our personal electronic devices
I thought the Priceline Deal price for this hotel was still too high. I recommend that you submit a bit for the hotel rather than paying the Priceline Deal price.I will stay here again, but I will submit a bid to Priceline rather than paying the Priceline Deal price. I recommend this hotel for business and/or pleasure. Our stay was comfortable and effortless on our part.
Everyone on staff at the hotel, the restaurant and the lounge were very friendly. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us find directions to a reunion, locate a friend that was staying there and had a heart attack.
Very clean, and nice staff.
No elevators! We were on the third floor
Close to the gas station, highway 1, Shopping center
Hallway is a little bit darkI came from San Francisco and stayed here for 1 night on 4th of July. The location is very convenient because it is close to a shopping center such as Macy's or Rite Aid Pharmacy. The gas station is also close to the hotel so I do not have to travel a long way to get gas.
Heated pool and hot tub as advertised were both not available. The manager promised a discount which was not fulfilled. Please call and check if heated pool and/or hot tub were available. It wasn't for us. Not only the pool was ice-cold, it was unclean and had debris floating in it. The hot tub was closed for repairs. Without those two features ( hot tub, heated pool) the extra price you pay is not worth it. Also - breakfast not included!
I found the staff friendly and helpful.
It was very noisy where my room was. Also, the resaurant was closed, but they did have a free breakfast. I would rate it at about 4. Also, the room had musty/mold smell. They had the heat turned off and it was cold when I went into it. That is not a goThey are transitioning between owners so that most likely had something to do with conditions. It is my understanding that the resaurant crew are going to see if they can open it again. I hope so because it was a good restaurant. I think they could get some quieter air conditioners in the rooms. Pricey, I know, to replace them, but it would help with the noise situation. They also need to make some minor repairs such as making sure there is weather stripping around the doors and replacing a missing tile here and there. They also forgot to reset the clock and there weren't instructions on doing that. It was a special clock you could dock an MP3 on.I have stayed ...
