The room was clean and big. Staff was very friendly and professional. Location is amazing and staff are so friendly. The location in the forum and very close to the train station was convenient for our stay. Also that they provided parking in a very crowded area. There is also a number of restaurants close-by for simple dinner options. The room was quite comfortable and had a good size. Views from the top floor were excellent as well.

We are non-smokers, so we asked reception for a room-change, which we were given. Room was a bit coldish for me. but cheese and cold cuts were served only at the table, same for eggs. Location difficult to find and parking hard to locate. The same type of breakfast every day. No extra facilities and no slipper. Parking was a nightmare as the car park was closed so until you figure out where to park can be a bit tricky. It is always recommended to keep 2 bottles of water as complimentary to Guest. It is difficult to go out and buy drinking water, especially after 7pm. It is also recommended to have mobile charging points near to bed. To find the place took me ages also need to make clear markings for the hotel parking that should be level 7. Google maps position is not good for this hotel and its important to note that its in a mall the hotel. not the widest selection of foods at breakfast, but what was available was tasty. more consistent presence at the reception would be helpful. often there was nobody there, at various hours of the day, morning and afternoon. was not aware that garage closes at some point, had some issues getting to my car one night. Clear parking instructions were missing. Some dust on the level shelves of the walk-in-closet. TV Remote control did not work in room 3 (batteries empty?).
