The location of the hotel was excellent.
The room was incredibly small for the cost/five star rating
The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful - pleasant attitudes .
The first room they showed us was unkempt looking (rumpled bed) - it also had a damp odor, The hotel lobby is lovely - however, the hallway rugs are faded and sometimes stained. The rooms are small and need updating (desparately!!!)
Freindly staff, and a nice spa.
The LAN internet connection is very bad, and it`s not worth paying for.
This is a five star location with two star rooms. Go out the front door and walk to all the good sites.
The rooms were very disappointing. Old, needs updating. Very overpriced for the room
staying at a quality hotel with excellent facilities and well trained staff
