Pros:I’ve never been this harsh before, but absolutely nothing. This was the cheapest and worst managed hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.
Cons:I was waiting for a room for about an hour. They said I’d be refunded the $50 security deposit if there was no damage to the room. There wasn’t any damage, yet they refunded me and continued to charge it back to me afterwards as if I wouldn’t notice the charge on my bank statement. They were begging for a positive review upon check out, even though it was the most uncomfortable and sleepless hotel stay I’ve ever had. I could rant about this for hours, but it’s probably best not to ramble.

Cons:Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life from the moment I arrived to the time I left. Dirty room in disrepair. The front desk checked someone else into my room and they woke me up in the middle of the night trying to get in, and the only apology I got was “yeah that happened a few times that night, sorry”

Pros:Absolutely nothing
Cons:Clean the rooms. There was junk and water under the bed, dust on every piece of furniture. Plastic bag over smoke detector. The room smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the comforter. Sheets were stained, lights didn’t work and fridge smelled so bad. They didn’t give me a refund!

Cons:There were bedbugs! When I went to complain, there was nobody at the front desk. I checked in at 11pm and woke up at 2:30am because I got so many bites! They don't have staff at the front desk once the last guest have checked in in seems. I called and someone picked up and told me if I want a refund I'll have to wait until the manager comes back at 7 or 8am... I slept in my car the rest of the night. When I complained to the manger he was not apologetic but seemed a matter of fact and couldn't refund me because I went through kayak. Did not offer anything to remedy the issue. This discourages me from booking hotels through kayak and it's associates.

Pros:The price was right. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons:Not a single trash can in the room. No cups, not even plastic ones that usually go with the coffee maker. Oh, there was no coffee maker. It did have a kitchen with large fridge (that was noisy and leaked water on the floor). The carpet was not clean. The outside lights did not come on when it got dark... they were on for the other buildings, but not the one I was in so it was dangerous going up the stairs in almost complete darkness.

Pros:Decent location to freeway, restaurants, etc.
Cons:Dirty, unkept rooms. linen was gross. Shower did not drain, pubic hair left in shower. When asked to get room service for housekeeping, was told housekeeper was busy, and had to wait until next day, which was the day I checked out anyways.
